がちゃぽーるKitanishi Shuzo Junmai Daiginjo Limited Edition
★★★★☆
Entry: Sweet aroma, smooth.
In the mouth: Beautiful and mild sweetness and umami that you can feel the rice.
Aftertaste: The sweetness and the umami are still there, and the aroma is sweet and fruity.
When I bought the label, I was told that it is a hidden sake of Kitanishi Shuzo, the brewer of Sairei.
It's rather calm and reserved, but it's a beautiful sake that blooms gorgeously in your throat.
The more you drink it, the more delicious it becomes. There is no bitterness at all, so it is light and easy to drink. I drank it all in one night. adakoThis is the sake from the brewery of "Sairai" that we got the other day.
It's not a Bunraku, but a test brew?
The aroma is strong and rises quite a bit.
When you drink it, the sweetness spreads in your mouth at first.
Then it changes to a spicy taste with a sense of alcohol.
For being sweet, it has a good sharpness.
It goes well with crowfish!
Or rather, Karasumi is delicious!
I recommend Maruetsu's Karasumi because it's less but cheaper.
Huh? What do you think of this? adakoAnd also, the third picture, fresh pickled pepper.
It's very delicious.
It's great with meat, but it's also good as a snack!
