Entry: Pine scent, smooth and clean.
In the mouth: A touch of gas, then sweetness and acidity.
Aftertaste: The pineapple aroma escapes from the nose, and the bitterness finishes.
It's delicious no matter how many times I drink it! It's a favorite that I buy on a regular basis! And an excellent one that will definitely get praise from sake beginners when you give it to them to drink (lol).
The aroma of CEL-24 is a little different from the pine aroma of Hanayakuyo, and I think it's unique. There are a lot of stores that carry it, and it's easy to buy, so I recommend it.
