Entry: Grape aroma, smooth.
In the mouth: Beautiful but strong umami and sweetness, with a good acidity.
Aftertaste: The sourness remains and it is a little sharp.
Clearly more energetic than the unfiltered, unpasteurized version of寫Raku! It's delicious! I think the acidity is more pronounced than the hired version. I think the acidity is more pronounced than the Hi-ire.
After a few days, it's mellowed out, but it doesn't have the sharpness of the fire-hardened version. Maybe the fire-roasted one will taste better for a long time~.
