Entry: Alcoholic aroma, smooth.
In the mouth: Light and bitter acidity.
Aftertaste: The finish is smooth, with a hint of sweetness like a candy cane.
My first Masumi! It is a mellow and fragrant type that I have not tasted so often. It's beautiful, but a little thin. It's a little thin, but that's probably because the low-alcohol Shiratake is so light.
I think it's great that the label is well made and in an easy to try mini bottle!
