Entry: The aroma is light and smooth.
Aftertaste: Beautiful umami and sweetness, with a touch of gas on the tongue.
Aftertaste: After swallowing, the alcohol aroma stands out and the bitterness appears.
First Eiko Fuji! I'm glad to drink the brand I was interested in. It's quite sharp for the sake level. It's not too sweet, so it's perfect with a meal. I don't know what the characteristics of Yukigami are, though.
After the next day, the sweetness gradually became stronger. The stimulation when it is contained is removed, and it seems to have become round.
