Entry: Grape aroma, smooth.
In the mouth: A slight gasp, then a smooth sweetness comes out.
Aftertaste: Aroma of rice through the nose, ending with a bitter taste.
The first Jyushiyo! It's fruity, but calm and delicious. Like a muscat squeezed. It's an ippon bottle, so I'll be able to enjoy the change in flavor for a week or two.
After a week, it becomes rounder, sweeter, and more delicious! The bitterness in the aftertaste becomes weaker, and the aftertaste seems to extend quickly.
The bitterness in the aftertaste became weaker and the lingering aftertaste seemed to grow longer. Over 10,000 yen for this was too expensive for me personally, but it was a good experience.
