Entry: Grape aroma, smooth.
On the palate, you can feel the gas on the tip of the tongue, then the aroma of the grapes comes in strong and the strong acidity follows.
Aftertaste: Grape scent coming through the nose, with a hint of bitterness.
The aroma and acidity are completely different from No.6. It's the first time I've ever had a grape flavor like a wine! I'm wondering how the different rice will make it unique.
