Gagakuyo Tamakyo Raw Sake

Aftertaste: The sweet and fragrant aroma leaves, and the bitterness and acidity finish.
This is my first Gagakuyo. Yes, it is easy to drink and delicious! Aromatic is probably the best word to describe it. It's raw sake, but it's quite calm. It's a beautiful woman. The bitterness and acidity are like grapefruit, but not overpowering.
It's amazing that this is 3 years old... I want to try the Ouroboros!
