In the mouth: Juicy umami and acidity, sweetness like strawberry.
Aftertaste: Sweet aroma, sweetness and umami remain on the tongue.
It's kind of erotic. It is truly a sweet seduction. It spreads so softly that you think it is a noble sake!
I felt it was the most delicious among the Hououmida. It was limited to reservations, and I'm glad I got to drink it! It's too bad that this is the last one.
