A little tangy and gassy, with a fresh and juicy aroma like pineapple juice, very gorgeous. I first detected sweetness and acidity, and shortly after, umami and a little bitterness. The alcohol content is a bit high. I drank half of it and had it again a week later and the fizziness subsided and I felt a more juicy richness. It was a treat!

At a tasting event at a liquor store, the brewer told us that his brewery is particular about bringing out the best flavor. The one we purchased this time had a relatively gorgeous aroma, but as he said, it had a rich flavor with a good amount of sweetness and acidity, and the umami had been brought out well. The aroma was juicy and gorgeous, like a ripe pineapple. Thank you very much!

At a sake store, we had the opportunity to try a new sake, a junmai ginjo, and a junmai daiginjo midori, all of which were recommended by the brewer. The Junmai Daiginjo Midori was my personal favorite because it was well-balanced and very beautiful, but I bought this one because it is only available for a limited time. It has a gaseous taste characteristic of new sake and is soft with a slightly rough taste, and even though it has a high alcohol content, it is not too alcoholic and is easy to drink. It has a slight graininess and a fruity aroma like ripe melon, with a hint of umami and acidity. It was a treat!

I remember that the summer sake was very good, and I wanted to try it again, so I bought it immediately when I found a new bottle of Murasaki Uchu. It had a sweet, fresh aroma reminiscent of pears and apples, with an elegant fragrance and a strong sweetness and acidity, and a strong overall flavor, but with a clean aftertaste. It was a beautiful sake with a good overall balance, with plenty of umami and a slight bitterness. I would like to drink this sake again if I see it again. Thank you for the sake!

Hida Homare from the Enayama Youthful series, which I drank the week before and enjoyed very much. I bought a bottle of Yamadanishiki to try as well. The aroma is fruity like apple or strawberry syrup with a hint of citrus, and the mouthfeel is sweet like the Hida Homare, but this one is lighter. The balance of sweetness, acidity and umami is very good and refreshing. If anything, Hida Homare has a richer flavor and less gorgeous aroma, which I personally prefer, but it was a very tasty sake. It is a sake that has a moderate and elegant aroma of ripe fruits such as bananas and ripe melons, without being too assertive. It has a strong sweetness and umami flavor, with a bit of bitterness and acidity, and is a beautiful sake with no cloying taste. I personally liked it very much. It was a treat.

It is the only sake brewery in Fukushima City and was featured on # Izakaya Shinkansen, so I had always been curious about this sake. It was a treat.

Some time ago, I had a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Gin no Iroha, which was very tasty. This time I received a Junmai Daiginjo as a gift. The sweet fruity aroma of apples and muscats is not too strong, but rather understated and elegant. The sweetness, acidity, and umami are well balanced, and the aftertaste is clean and crisp. This sake is made by Ryoseki Shuzo, the brewer of Hana Yuu, which I used to like very much. We tasted it at a sake store and bought it. The aroma is fruity and gorgeous, like strawberries or apples. The mouthfeel is sweet, but the aftertaste is full of umami. The acidity is moderate with a little bitterness. The sweetness and umami are strong, giving the impression of a strong overall flavor, but the sake was easy to drink. Thank you very much for the sake.

Mutsu Hachisen, which I liked very much when I drank the pink label before. It seems to be a mellow sake that has been stored at low temperature for six months. It was a delicious sake that would go well with any meal. It was a treat.

The week before, I had a junmai sake of Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa, which was quite good, so I wanted to try another kind and bought it at the same liquor store. This sake was also gassy, but the aroma was gorgeous and fruity, like pineapple, and the mouthfeel was equally sweet, juicy, and delicious. Personally, I think I prefer the Junmai-shu of Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa that I drank the week before. Thank you for the sake!

I had been curious about Nabeshima for a while. When I asked for a recommendation, I was told that this Junmai-shu made from Yamada-Nishiki produced in Yoshikawa was recommended, so I bought it. When I drank it, I found that it had a sweet fruity aroma like ripe melon or peach, which is my personal favorite type of aroma that is elegantly understated. The mouthfeel is sweet and slightly gassy, with a strong umami flavor. I also detected bitterness and acidity, and the complex flavors were well balanced, making it a very tasty sake. I had never had a proper sake from Kanagawa and asked the liquor store which one they recommended. He recommended the special junmai from Matsumidori, especially the special junmai produced by the young 11th generation. The sweet fruity aroma of strawberry syrup, muscat, and ripe red melon is not too strong, but just right. There is also a slight woody aroma. The mouthfeel was sweet but not too strong, with a moderate acidity that cut through the sweetness quickly, and a good amount of bitterness and umami, making it a very well balanced sake. To be honest, it was a very tasty sake that exceeded my expectations by quite a bit. Thank you very much for the sake.

Nitoto used to have a very good Junmai Ginjo from Omachi. When I found Aizan this time, I bought it immediately. It had a gorgeous fruity aroma with grape and muscat-like acidity and sweetness, and I also detected a slightly yogurt-like fermentation, a woody aroma, and a complex aroma with a touch of alcohol. The taste was a delicious sake with a strong overall flavor of sweetness, elegant acidity, and umami. It was a treat!
