Kakuemon純米吟醸 無圧上槽 中汲み 生酒
ずおとん
The taste is fresh and cool, as is typical of nama-shu, soft on the palate with a clear, crisp flavor that conveys the umami of the rice. The sweetness is subdued, with a strong sense of umami and bitterness, giving the impression of being slightly dry.
The aroma is quite subdued with hints of grape and pineapple. The alcohol taste was a bit strong. Overall, it was a refreshing and clean sake. It was a treat 😋.
