Purple Space has been releasing various versions every two weeks recently, and I look forward to each release. This Diamond Label has an elegant sweet juicy aroma of strawberries, apples, and lychee, and like the others in the series, it has a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and bitter flavors. It was a very tasty sake with a rich juicy flavor but with a clean aftertaste. I am looking forward to the next Strawberry Label to be released 🎵Thank you for the treat!

At my favorite liquor store recently, Tenka was recommended to me after I expressed my preference for a sweeter drink, not too fruity and not too pineapple-y. This was the first time I tried it. The aroma is subdued with a sweet fruity aroma like honey apple or red flesh melon, and the mouthfeel is light and slightly sweet. It was light and a little sweet on the palate, with a sour and bitter aftertaste that gave the impression of a tightened finish. Thank you for the treat.

It has a gentle aroma of sweet fruits like strawberries, and the first impression on the palate is a refined sweetness like honey, but soon the acidity comes in and the taste is sharp, and the umami is also well pronounced. The overall taste is strong, but the aftertaste is refreshing and not tiring to drink. Like the other sakes in the series I have had in the past, this is my favorite sake that is just elegant and nicely balanced. Thank you for the sake.

The aroma is a combination of ripe melon, floral, and slightly peachy sweet aromas. The mouthfeel is sweet on the palate, but due to the sake being unpasteurized, it has a strong sense of sharp alcohol with a shrieking, fizzy feeling. It also has a good amount of umami, acidity, and bitterness. I enjoyed it on both Saturday and Sunday, but I preferred the mellower flavor after a day of drinking rather than freshly opened. The aroma is a combination of fruity sweet aroma like grapes and apples, and grain aroma, but the mouthfeel is not so sweet and a little spicy. It has a strong umami flavor, but the acidity is also effective, and the overall taste is refreshing. It has a slightly fizzy and tangy flavor. I also felt a strong sense of alcohol. It was a treat.

This sake is a collaboration between Yamawa Sake Brewery, which brews my personal favorite Wasagakuni, and Shinzawa Sake Brewery, which brews Hakurakusei, created with the concept of the ultimate food sake. It seems to be sold only once a year, but I got it for the first time this year. This year, Yamawa Sake Brewery seems to be in charge. The bottle is beautiful and the expectations are high. The taste was very delicious, with a fruity aroma like melon, a little grain aroma, and a sweetness, but the second half was also very refreshing, and I never got tired of drinking it. I regretted not buying the oragara-mi nama-sake version. I am sure I will repeat the experience next year. Thank you very much!

A little tangy and gassy, with a fresh and juicy aroma like pineapple juice, very gorgeous. I first detected sweetness and acidity, and shortly after, umami and a little bitterness. The alcohol content is a bit high. I drank half of it and had it again a week later and the fizziness subsided and I felt a more juicy richness. It was a treat!

At a tasting event at a liquor store, the brewer told us that his brewery is particular about bringing out the best flavor. The one we purchased this time had a relatively gorgeous aroma, but as he said, it had a rich flavor with a good amount of sweetness and acidity, and the umami had been brought out well. The aroma was juicy and gorgeous, like a ripe pineapple. Thank you very much!

At a sake store, we had the opportunity to try a new sake, a junmai ginjo, and a junmai daiginjo midori, all of which were recommended by the brewer. The Junmai Daiginjo Midori was my personal favorite because it was well-balanced and very beautiful, but I bought this one because it is only available for a limited time. It has a gaseous taste characteristic of new sake and is soft with a slightly rough taste, and even though it has a high alcohol content, it is not too alcoholic and is easy to drink. It has a slight graininess and a fruity aroma like ripe melon, with a hint of umami and acidity. It was a treat!

I remember that the summer sake was very good, and I wanted to try it again, so I bought it immediately when I found a new bottle of Murasaki Uchu. It had a sweet, fresh aroma reminiscent of pears and apples, with an elegant fragrance and a strong sweetness and acidity, and a strong overall flavor, but with a clean aftertaste. It was a beautiful sake with a good overall balance, with plenty of umami and a slight bitterness. I would like to drink this sake again if I see it again. Thank you for the sake!

Hida Homare from the Enayama Youthful series, which I drank the week before and enjoyed very much. I bought a bottle of Yamadanishiki to try as well. The aroma is fruity like apple or strawberry syrup with a hint of citrus, and the mouthfeel is sweet like the Hida Homare, but this one is lighter. The balance of sweetness, acidity and umami is very good and refreshing. If anything, Hida Homare has a richer flavor and less gorgeous aroma, which I personally prefer, but it was a very tasty sake. Thank you very much for the sake.

It was introduced to me as a beautiful sake at a liquor store that I have been frequenting recently. It is a sake that has a moderate and elegant aroma of ripe fruits such as bananas and ripe melons, without being too assertive. It has a strong sweetness and umami flavor, with a bit of bitterness and acidity, and is a beautiful sake with no cloying taste. I personally liked it very much. It was a treat.

It is the only sake brewery in Fukushima City and was featured on # Izakaya Shinkansen, so I had always been curious about this sake. Some time ago, I had a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Gin no Iroha, which was very tasty. This time I received a Junmai Daiginjo as a gift. The sweet fruity aroma of apples and muscats is not too strong, but rather understated and elegant. The sweetness, acidity, and umami are well balanced, and the aftertaste is clean and crisp. It was a very beautiful sake with little bitterness. The junmai ginjo was also a favorite, but this time it was even better. Thank you very much.

This sake is made by Ryoseki Shuzo, the brewer of Hana Yuu, which I used to like very much. We tasted it at a sake store and bought it. The aroma is fruity and gorgeous, like strawberries or apples. The mouthfeel is sweet, but the aftertaste is full of umami. The acidity is moderate with a little bitterness. The sweetness and umami are strong, giving the impression of a strong overall flavor, but the sake was easy to drink. Thank you very much for the sake.

Mutsu Hachisen, which I liked very much when I drank the pink label before. It seems to be a mellow sake that has been stored at low temperature for six months. This sake is made from a rice called Reihou. It was the rice used when the Fukuda brand was launched. Attracted by its rarity, I bought it. It had a subtle fruity aroma, as well as a hint of rice and alcohol. The overall aroma was subdued, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and a strong umami flavor. It was a delicious sake that would go well with any meal. It was a treat.
