I had Junmai Ginjo Omachi last week and enjoyed it so much that I visited the same liquor store again, this time to purchase Junmai Sake, Rikuwada. The aroma was mild and unobtrusive, but the sweet fruity aroma of pineapple, apple, tropical fruit, grape, and lychee was pleasant, with a good balance of sweetness and moderate acidity. There was also a slight bitterness and a stronger sense of umami than that of Junmai Ginjo. Like the Junmai Ginjo Omachi, it was a very well-balanced and delicious sake. I had always been curious about Hana Yuu. I happened to find it at a liquor store I visited for the first time and bought it immediately. Melon, pear, sweet aroma, mild and elegant. The mouthfeel is sweet, with moderate acidity, umami, and a bit of bitterness. The balance is very good. It has a strong flavor. It is easy to drink but has a strong flavor. Very tasty! Personally, I liked this sake very much. Thank you very much!

Mutsu Hachisen used to have a pink label that was very tasty. When I saw the summer limited edition sake, I immediately bought it. It has a refreshing aroma of fresh fruits such as green apples and pears. It is sweet on the palate, with a tasty but not cloying aftertaste that is refreshing and summery. I remember drinking a junjo-junmai-shu last year and enjoying it very much. The one we drank this time also had a good fruity sweet aroma reminiscent of ripe grapes and pears, and in addition to the sweetness and umami, there was a bit of bitterness and acidity in the aftertaste, making it a very well-balanced sake that was easy to drink with a sweet taste. The alcohol is not so strong and very easy to drink. It was a treat!
