I bought this sake recommended by the owner of a liquor store: ❤️ I opened the bottle with a feeling of half anticipation and half anxiety 🎉. The aroma is exactly like green apple😍. In the mouth, it tastes sweet and acidic with a slight gasiness and a green apple aftertaste ❤️ I quite like the taste of this one 😊. This one has 16% alcohol by volume, but the refreshing taste makes me want to gobble it up 💦. This is, to put it mildly, a must repeat 😁.

The twilight orange was so good it was gone in no time 😭 Open this one: ❤️ Aizan by Kudo Jr. Aizan, my first time ❤️ The aroma and the feeling of drinking it is similar to Miyakanbai's Mr. Summertime that I drank the other day, but it seemed more refreshing and the bitterness in the aftertaste was more effective than that. I wish I had the vocabulary to describe the aroma😭 Maybe that's a strange way to describe it, but I'd say it's a Junmai Daiginjo with a fine casual quality 🧐. postscript The second day, the aroma remained the same and the bitterness in the aftertaste was nice and angular, making it easier to drink 😊.

After 2 days off drinking, here's Koei Kiku Dusk Orange for you: ❤️ Tastes as citrusy as it sounds✨. Whereas the last one was thick and chibi chibi, this one has the power to be drunk as much as you want 😊. whereas this one is so thick and chibi that you could drink it as much as you want 😊. However, you can still feel the alcohol for its 13% alcohol content, so be careful not to drink too much ⚠️ 😁.

First Miyagi sake at SAKEWA. First Miyagi-Kanbai ❤️ When I saw the title, I thought it might be an after-dinner brandy type of sake, and that's exactly what it is. The alcohol content is 15 degrees, which is the same as the common ones, but the sweetness and the heaviness of the sake made it seem like an after-dinner drink 😊.

After a month's absence, the family went to the usual restaurant. We found an expensive Tobiroki-sama: ❗️ I had previously had a bottle of Tobiroki's Tokujun, but personally, I was not as impressed with it as people were saying. When I tried it, I was surprised to find that it is indeed a junmai daiginjo. It was a delicious sake with a fruity, rich flavor and a sharp aftertaste 😊.

I bought it because it was a limited edition instrumental 😊. It tastes like muscat-like melon with just a hint of gas. The taste is strong but not heavy, probably because it's 13% alcohol, very easy to drink ❤️ Great drink 😊

Sparkling Sentori, I thought 😍. I thought it must be absolutely delicious and bought it: ❤️ I was so eager to drink it that I overlooked the warning to open the bottle and let it overflow 😭 I took a sip after regaining my composure. The sweet and sour aroma characteristic of Senkou, a nice bitterness along with a gaseous sensation 😍. It's already the one that I'll finish in a day. Happy ❤️ Postscript This is a lightly cloudy sparkling wine. It is similar to the Snowman (though the Snowman has a darker nigori) and is more drinkable than the Snowman. It is more drinkable than Snowball, and you feel like you are drinking alcohol as you drink it 😊.

Since it is often featured in dancyu I've been curious about the sake ❤️ I got it during my Golden Week expedition😊. It had a fruity aroma, a taste of rice, and a solid drinking experience, just the way I like it 😊.

The second sake was supposed to go well with sushi, so here it is: ❤️ I was scared for a moment by the words "super dry" but But it was a very drinkable sake with a strong taste of rice and still easy to drink 😊.

We went to a sushi restaurant with both families ❤️ There was no sake menu, so we chose a sake that would go well with the dish and they brought this one 😊. The aroma was subdued and did not interfere with the food. I was able to drink it easily.

I drank Gonnojyo before and it was delicious. I bought some 😊. Yeah, it's still sweet and sour and easy to drink, but it seems to be a little lacking. However, last time I drank this one, it tasted very good on the second day after drinking it, so I'm looking forward to seeing how the taste changes when I drink it today: ❤️

First time drinking Tetorigawa: ❤️ I drank Yoshidagura u before and it was right up my alley, so I wanted to try Tetorigawa as well. It has been a while since I drank Yoshidagura u, so I may be off the mark. It has a stronger flavor than Yoshidagura-u. It has a more intense flavor than Yoshidagura-u and has a clearer outline. Yoshidagurau has a mineral taste. I thought that both of them are very attractive sakes.

Hatsukaze no Mori ❤️ I was scared to open the bottle by the pop warning to open the bottle, but I was able to open it normally 😁. The first sip has a dry flavor with an easy-to-understand gassy feeling. I wonder if this is the taste that hard water brings. The feel of the drink is almost swishy, but I thought it was a very drinkable drink with a strong alcohol taste 😊.

Opened a Modern Sentori that I had been laying down: ❤️ I remember it as if I bought it at the beginning of April, but the production date is November 2024. I wondered what it tasted like. The first glass is fruity like a white wine, but firm. After the second glass, there was a gassy aftertaste with a hint of koji, and in no time at all, my husband and I had emptied the 4-goupe bottle💦. I have the impression that many SENKYO sakes are rather light, but I could taste the firmness in the lightness, and I liked it as much as I liked the classic SENKYO that I had before 😊.

The third drink of the day was a Daiginjo nigori sake from Kuzuryu: ❤️ I enjoyed all the sakes we had yesterday, but I think this one was the best. It had just the right amount of sharpness, yet fruity and gassy, it was a cup of paradise 😊.

It's been a while (or not 💦) since I've been out drinking ❤️ We were attracted by the word "gassy" on the restaurant's menu, so we ordered it. Luckily, all the sakes on the menu that day, except for one, were unopened bottles, so I was maxed out 😊. The fresh flavor lasted from the moment it hit my mouth until it left my throat, and although it wasn't as gassy as I thought it would be, there was a slight bitterness to it as well. It was a happy drink: ❤️
