Continued from yesterday😊 There were a good number of sake brands on the menu, but Banshu Issen was in the fridge in front of me! Probably my first sake 🍶. The label says it smells like LaFrance, and that's exactly what it is! I honestly didn't feel the gasiness that much, but it was a very tasty sake, sweet and refreshing: ❤️

My husband's appetite has been on fire since the start of the Bon holidays, so we went to a restaurant for the first time as a family. As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, I was surprised to see Jikin-sama 😍. It was not listed on the menu. I was afraid to ask for it and was told it was OK. 🙆‍♀️ The taste was soft and penetrating, similar to the raw Tokujun I had previously enjoyed. It is a delicious sake that does not disappoint. ❤️

I bought a bottle of Tasake-sama a long time ago thinking my husband would want to drink it, but I neglected to open it when he wasn't around 😅... I think this is my favorite Tasake I've ever had. It has a slightly fruity aroma, but it doesn't interfere with the meal at all, and the rice flavor is rich and really tasty. ❤️

First Tottori sake: ❤️ I remember when I failed to collect SENKYO's KUWAGATA I bought it when I failed to collect SENKYO's kuwagata 😭. I think it was the one I bought. Be careful ⚠️ to open the bottle, but I was able to open it normally. There is a little lees at the bottom, so the first drink is the supernatant so as not to put the lees in. Yeah, an adult rumney? Calpis soda? It is very easy to drink because of its low alcohol content (12%). Even just the supernatant has a milky aroma. The alcohol content is low, but there is a rather bitter taste. It has sweetness, so the balance is good. The second glass was mixed with lees. I don't feel much difference in taste, but the milky flavor has increased. Maybe it was the bitterness, or maybe it was my physical condition, but I felt like I drank it well😊.

A child who was away from home bought a bottle of sake as a souvenir 🍶. This sake is made from 100% edible rice called Yukihikari produced in Hokkaido. The characteristic of Yukihikari rice is its light flavor, so I wondered how it would taste as a sake. The sake itself had a light taste. To be honest, I thought it was not enough. I found some Mushroom Mountain that my child was eating nearby and drank it while eating it, and it went well with the drink. I never thought it would go well with snacks 🤣. Sake is a very deep drink 😊.

Continuing with the yakitori 😊. Maybe it's because the food is so good, or maybe it's because the glasses are so small. We drank a lot despite it being a weekday💦. This sake was delicious, with a strong fruity flavor that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. ❗️

I ordered this one at first. But when I tried it, I found it was dry sake that my husband liked. so we exchanged glasses with my husband's Planet No. 9 😊. This one is delicious, but I prefer Planet 9 because it is easier to drink 😊.

The second glass was Nabeshima, which I've had before: ❤️ This one was also soft and fruity It was the type of sake that you can drink easily 😊. Somewhat similar to Takihama's strain. Delicious and very satisfying😊.

There was a new sake in my usual store, so I ordered it 😊. I've heard the name "Takihitama" for a long time, but I've never had it before. I took a sip and found it to be soft and clean ✨. It doesn't have a strong aroma, but it has a slight fruity flavor and is very easy to drink. It is slightly fruity and easy to drink! It's hard to believe it's 16% alcohol. It is so gentle and smooth that it is hard to believe it is 16% alcohol. Somehow, it had a pleasant taste that was similar to Jikin from the same Mie region. ❤️

It's been a while since I've posted 😊 I bought this alcohol a while ago. I went to the store and was rummaging around. I found a stylish bottle with alphabet. I looked closer and saw that it was Kawanakajima, famous for Genmai 😳❗️ When I brought it to the cashier, the clerk said The clerk said, "This one is labeled 'Kawanakajima,' so it won't sell out immediately like Genshu Mai, but it tastes just like Genshu Mai!" I was vaguely aware of this. I vaguely remembered this and tried it. I have never had either Kawanakajima or Genmai, so I can't compare them, but they are both milky sweet sake❤️ This is delicious ❗️ I have not been able to get a chance to try Genshu Mai due to timing conflicts, but it makes me want to try it even more 😊.

Hatsuasairai❤️ I went to the store for another sake, but they didn't have it, so I bought it because it is from the same brewery as Bunraku, which I had previously enjoyed 😊. I thought it would be a modern fruity sake, but when I took a sip, I felt the sweetness of the rice. The aroma was slightly fermented like yogurt when I sniffed it well. It wasn't what I expected it to taste like, but it was delicious 😋. Maybe it would taste good warmed up.

At my usual restaurant. The menu says "sweet and tasty, low alcohol, and easy to drink", so I ordered it. ❤️ First, a sip. There is not much aroma, but it is definitely sweet in the mouth! I've never had much of it before, but if I had to guess, I'd say it's amazake without the nigori feeling. More like sugar water😅? The waitress poured it for me 💦. It was not only swishy, but also sipping.

I've been curious about this rainfall for a while: ❤️ There were 3 types in the store, and after much hesitation I got this one, which is a secondary fermentation type in the bottle. The POP at the store said it tasted like muscat. But I got it in a cloudy state with a bit of orikashi, which made the milky flavor stand out 😊. This is probably every girl's favorite 😁.

Probably my first Fukuoka sake: ❤️ I bought it at a liquor store I frequent, attracted by the fact that it is 14 percent dry. The aroma is a bit banana-like if I had to say so, but I don't think I can detect it nearly as much. It's a dry sake, so it's very drinkable, but it tastes like you could drink it forever. It's different from the usual, which is also a good thing😊.

My first Shichibonshari ❤️ I've never had a regular Shichibonshari before. I'm not sure what my first is sparkling 💦. Not much of an aroma. It also has a slightly milky taste in the mouth. It's also 8% alcohol, so it's light and tastes like calpis soda 😊.

This is my first Takachiyo ❤️ I went on a little expedition to get some Takachiyo since I couldn't find it at the store I usually go to 😁. There were about 4 kinds of Takachiyo in the store and I chose this one, which is a seasonal sake. It tastes like rumune and is sweet and delicious ✨. It also has a slight gaseous taste and if you're not careful, you might finish a bottle😅.
