This is Mr. Kangiku's Kenaiyama: ❤️ I didn't go to the store with the intention of buying this one in the first place, but I happened to enter the store during the inspection process😅. I was lucky to be able to buy it unexpectedly 😊. Now, here's my impression of the taste. When you open the package, you can feel the gas pushing the lid up. The aroma is not very strong, but when you put your nose close to it, you can smell the fruity aroma. When you put your nose close to it, you can smell the fruity aroma. It was a business trip souvenir for my husband 😊. He bought it at a roadside station in Kikonai, Hokkaido. This is a Kikonai limited edition sake, brewed by the Haneda Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture using rice called Honoka 224 from Kikonai. Today we received the squid sashimi that Hakodate ordered from us, so we opened it thinking it would go well with it. ❤️ When I put my nose close to the glass, I could smell a faintly caramel-like aroma. When I drank it, it was nice and easy to drink. (I had had a glass of Tamitsu just before, so it had a cleaner aftertaste than that one.) It goes well with squid sashimi, but can also be drunk on its own 😊.

I was curious about this bottle when I went to a corner store earlier and bought it. When I think of Mie sake, I think of Jikin-sama and Takihama ❤️ I had an image of soft taste. My heart swells with anticipation✨. As soon as I opened the bottle, a fruity aroma wafted through the air. This must be a delicious one for sure 😊. When you take a sip, it comes with an unexpected thump. It's sweet, but has a strong alcohol 💦 feel to it. It's 15%, so I don't think it's particularly strong. My husband was pleased with the taste, but I think it's a little heavy for me. Maybe it would be easier to drink after a few days. (Postscript) The taste on the second day was much easier to drink as the gusto was lessened 😊.

I'm actually proud to say that this may be the first time I've ever done this 😊. I remember that the izakaya where I worked part-time as a student used to carry it, but for some reason I had a strong image of it being a drink favored by old men, and I don't remember picking it up until now. This year, I got really into sake. I saw Isohajime being highly praised on SNS, etc., and I wanted to try it if I had the chance. I was thinking that I would like to try it if I had the chance, and then I found it at my usual store: ❗️ I usually don't like to drink alcoholic sake (it's a matter of taste), but I took a chance and ordered it because the Honjozo sake was getting rave reviews. It was unexpectedly delicious❤️ I was expecting a more dry sake, but the fruity taste made me feel the quality of the water and the clean taste made me feel the quality of the water. It had a beautiful taste that reminded me of the quality of the water 😊. The alcohol taste is not too strong and you can't even tell unless you are told. I believe they used to use Yamadanishiki from the Special A district, but from this year, they are using Dewasanbana for all of their sake. I don't know what it tasted like before, so I can't compare it, but it was a delicious sake. ❤️

The second cup was a Toyo cup. Luckily this one was also sealed 😊. This one is made with Yamadanishiki from the special A district that Miura Shuzo, the brewer of Toyo Grape, has a contract with. At my usual restaurant. I looked at the menu and found Nabe-sama's name. I wondered if it was the usual, but when I looked closer, I saw the name Akaban Oumachi😳. By the way, "usual" means It is a regular special junmai. Luckily, I hit the sealed bottle 😊. The aroma was like pineapple, a cup of strength, not just the soft deliciousness of the usual special junmai. ❤️

I had a bottle of Kawanakajima nigori (sparkling nigori sake) that I had previously enjoyed, so I picked up a bottle to see what the regular Kawanakajima was like 😊. Although it does not have a pronounced fruity taste, it is a soft and easy-drinking sake. It is a soft and easy to drink sake.

This is my first Eikun. I saw Eikun Holic this summer and wanted to try it. I wanted to try it, but I couldn't get it due to the stock at home. I looked for Eikun Holic, but I could find regular Eikun so I asked for it 😊. First of all, it was delivered at room temperature, so I thought it could be stored at room temperature, but the label says it needs to be refrigerated😅. When I took a bite, I could easily recognize the melon taste: ❗️ It's more like a blue melon or muskmelon. I think I have a stupid tongue. I usually don't find melon, banana, pear, etc. to have that much impact on me, but this is a really easy to recognize taste. I didn't have high expectations when it was delivered at room temperature, but it was unexpectedly delicious 😊.

This is my first Ocean99 series... 😭 As soon as I went around the gold lid to open it, the lid lifted up on its own and I was mildly panicked😅. It didn't end up being that much of a riot though... Sweet fruity aroma, just a little bit of gasiness, sweet but not too sweet and no unpleasant cloying taste, really delicious😊. I definitely don't want to miss out on Denshogiku. I heard there will be orikarami and unfiltered nama sake, I wonder which one is better...

I bought a bottle from the liquor store next door when I went to a standing bar the other day ✨. I have the impression that Ko no Tsukasa has a soft and gentle flavor. As soon as I opened the bottle, a pear-like aroma came to my nose, and it had a surprisingly strong impact. When you taste it, you will find that it has a dark flavor, which is said to be a characteristic of autumn sake, and the sweetness and bitterness stand out unexpectedly (what a lack of vocabulary 😭). I got to know a new face of Takashi no Tsukasa 😊.

This is my first Kido at SAKEWA: ❤️ The first time I drank it was probably 3.4 years ago at an izakaya (Japanese style bar) and I got the purple label one without thinking about it, but it was really delicious and left a deep impression on me 😊. This year, after the sake boom in my mind, I started frequenting liquor stores and when I saw the price, my eyes almost popped out of my head 👀.... I had been putting it off because it was always there as a matter of course whenever I went to the liquor store, but I decided it was time to fill up the Wakayama area 😁. The aroma is not that strong, but I feel that the cup goes on one after another with just the right sweetness. I am glad that such a delicious sake is always there. I am filled with joy that such a delicious sake is always there 😊.

Finally got there Nikkomaru... 😊 I asked the liquor store for a recommendation for my first bottle of Hiran and they recommended the standard model Nikkomaru, but I ended up drinking the Hatena series at a standing bar, so it wasn't my first time 💦. I'm sorry for the long introduction 💦. There is a slight gassy feeling. It has a fresh fruity taste. I like it very much. ❤️ It's not at all lacking due to its low alcohol content, but it's so delicious that I can't help but encourage people to drink it 😊. In my opinion, it tastes better than the Hatena series I had at a bar.

Since it was unfiltered raw sake, I thought it would be fruity and delicious, and it was as good as expected. ❤️ Since it is a sake that claims to be dry, I wondered how the dryness would work on me as I drank it. The first and second sips were fruity and I couldn't see the dryness, but as I drank more and more, it became sharp and the fruity feeling went away. It was a very strange taste.

It's been a while since I've been to Yamazan: ❤️ I like Yamazan so much that when I hear on the liquor store's instagram that it is in stock, I head there as soon as I can. However, since it is a popular brand, it is often sold out 😢. After I bought it, I thought I might have bought a similar one before, so I went back to Sakegawa and found it was the same Yamadanishiki 50% unfiltered raw sake 😊. I'm glad it's different anyway: ❤️ As for the taste, it's not as sharp because it's not raw, but the refined sweetness of a Junmai Daiginjo stands out: ❗️ Delicious 😋. The ranking of what I've had so far is 1. pink light nigori Yamasan 2. this time Yamadanishiki Jun Dai 3. Yamadanishiki Jungin It is ❤️

I don't remember the detailed taste when I got here, but it was delicious and dry with omachi character 😊.
