First time drinking Tetorigawa: ❤️ I drank Yoshidagura u before and it was right up my alley, so I wanted to try Tetorigawa as well. It has been a while since I drank Yoshidagura u, so I may be off the mark. It has a stronger flavor than Yoshidagura-u. It has a more intense flavor than Yoshidagura-u and has a clearer outline. Yoshidagurau has a mineral taste. I thought that both of them are very attractive sakes.

Hatsukaze no Mori ❤️ I was scared to open the bottle by the pop warning to open the bottle, but I was able to open it normally 😁. The first sip has a dry flavor with an easy-to-understand gassy feeling. I wonder if this is the taste that hard water brings. The feel of the drink is almost swishy, but I thought it was a very drinkable drink with a strong alcohol taste 😊.

Opened a Modern Sentori that I had been laying down: ❤️ I remember it as if I bought it at the beginning of April, but the production date is November 2024. I wondered what it tasted like. The first glass is fruity like a white wine, but firm. After the second glass, there was a gassy aftertaste with a hint of koji, and in no time at all, my husband and I had emptied the 4-goupe bottle💦. I have the impression that many SENKYO sakes are rather light, but I could taste the firmness in the lightness, and I liked it as much as I liked the classic SENKYO that I had before 😊.

The third drink of the day was a Daiginjo nigori sake from Kuzuryu: ❤️ I enjoyed all the sakes we had yesterday, but I think this one was the best. It had just the right amount of sharpness, yet fruity and gassy, it was a cup of paradise 😊.

My first Nabeshima! I thought it would be a sweet sake, but it was sweet, but well balanced. It was the kind of sake that you want to drink forever. ❤️ I might buy this one if I find it at a liquor store 😊.

It's been a while (or not 💦) since I've been out drinking ❤️ We were attracted by the word "gassy" on the restaurant's menu, so we ordered it. Luckily, all the sakes on the menu that day, except for one, were unopened bottles, so I was maxed out 😊. The fresh flavor lasted from the moment it hit my mouth until it left my throat, and although it wasn't as gassy as I thought it would be, there was a slight bitterness to it as well. It was a happy drink: ❤️

I opened a bottle that I ordered from Furusato tax payment a long time ago. ❤️ This sake was brewed with rice called "Kitashizuku" produced in Higashikawa-cho and Higashikawa's underground water. It has the gorgeousness of a Junmai Daiginjo-style sake, but it is also very drinkable.

I found a cup of sake tasake and bought it: ❤️ This sake is made from 45% polished rice called Momota from Akita Prefecture, which is suitable for sake brewing. This cup of sake is the only sake made from this rice. I usually have a lot of opportunities to drink low-alcohol sake, so I feel like I drank even a small amount. It has a nice Junmai Daiginjo-like aroma and a fruity (not flashy) feeling when you drink it 😊.

The cherry blossoms in my neighborhood are blooming, so I opened a bottle of Sentori Sakura that I had been waiting for a while. It has the sweet and sour taste that is typical of Sentori, but it tastes like a light rummy 😊.

This is my first Kintsutsuki. It's like a traditional sake. Considering the wide variety of flavors available these days, I feel that it lacks something. But it doesn't interfere with the dishes, so I think it's fine.

When I was a student, I was working part-time at a pub. I remember drinking Katsuma for the first time and being shocked at how fruity and delicious sake could be 😊. At the time I thought it was still fruity, but now there are so many fruity sake on the market, so I guess it's not as fruity as those. I don't think it's fruity 😅. I think the sake I was drinking at the time was junmai sake, but this is daiginjo. Next time I want to try junmai sake after a long time.

Opening the winning bottle in the fullness of time🎉! I couldn't buy the bottle on the release date, so I entered the contest on the Youtube Sakelabo channel and won 😭. I waited until today to open the bottle because I wanted to open it on the day of my child's departure. I like the refreshing taste, the slight gasiness and a little bitterness: ❤️ I was worried that since it had been a day since I received it, it might have lost some of its flavor, but it looks like it will probably be fine. It looks like it will be a good start to the new year 😊.

Opened a bottle of Akabu Yamadanishiki NEWBORN that had been left to rest: ❤️ Compared to the Omachi NEW BORN we drank before, which was sweet and rich, this one has a smooth, watery feel. The label says the taste is as clear as the Iwate sky, and that's exactly what it is. This is one I want to buy next year when it comes out again 😊.
