This is my first Kangiku... ❗️
I had checked Kangiku's instagram several times for the arrival date, but could not get to the store at the right time.
Finally, I was able to get my hands on this Discovery Series.
The only one left was this one made with 90% Koshihikari rice from Chiba Prefecture (I really wanted the blue one... 😢)
I tried to open the bottle carefully because it was labeled "Open with caution ⚠️". Maybe it was because it had been chilled in the fridge for a long time, but it didn't seem dangerous, but when I tried to open the bottle, I felt a shrieking gas.
First of all, the aroma is sweet, with a hint of melon and muscat, a slight gasiness in the mouth, and sweet and delicious ❗️
I also feel a slight bitterness, but this is also a nice accent: ❤️
Conclusion: pink delicious ❗️
I want to try other Kangiku more and more 😊.
