Wadaya Hanpukai's original Refreshing beer aroma. Good dobrok full of sweet rice mash. This was my first time drinking a hoppy sake and it was delicious. This is a delicious sake that my beer-loving partner, who says any sake feels like a one-cup glass, found to be good. We enjoyed it with rice dishes and beer dishes. It is an easy-drinking sake that goes well with sardine with sweet and sour sauce, marinated octopus, and dumpling soup. I would like to try the rice and agave as well. Cheers to the evolution of sake.

Warehouse sale items Participated in the biannual sale and purchased. A selection of three bottles of sweet potato shochu and peak whisky for 4,000 yen. It is a good price. It is a classical sake. It is a dry sake with enough flavor. We enjoyed it with sashimi and shaomai (steamed dumplings) while drinking with dinner. It is a delicious sake that goes well with meals.

Wakamatsuya. Sweet and weak melon type aroma cemedine and gassy. We enjoyed it with sauteed duck, tomato salad and bacon soup. Light and easy to drink sake. I felt a little uncomfortable because Kubota is so sweet.

Wakamatsuya. Sake made from unprocessed rice. Junmai cannot be named. Weak aroma, a little banana-type sweetness, astringency and a little alcohol give it a sharp taste. A little less umami, but a delicious sake that is easy to drink and goes well with meals. Cosy. We enjoyed it with onion satsuma-age, salmon marinated in miso, and tomato salad. It goes well with fish and satsuma-age.

Wadaya distribution The cap flew off the moment I removed the aluminum lid. It was as per the notes given to me. The sake itself has no blowout. It has a gaseous melon type aroma, sweetness, umami, and sharpness all good. It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink. I enjoyed it with strawberry shortcake. It is a sake that can be drunk on its own. It seems to go better with yakitori sauce than fish.

Fukuhara Sake Shop's hanpukai Extra. The bottle was packed with a raw draft. The aroma is weak and fruity. Sweetness and melon type aroma. The acidity and weak gasiness are refreshing. It is a delicious, easy-drinking sake with an astringent taste that tightens up at the end. We enjoyed it with grilled Hiramasa kama-salt, smoked salmon and cream cheese, and miso soup.
