Fukuharasan hanpukai Almost no aroma. Sweet and melon-like atmosphere. Very easy to drink with little alcohol. We enjoyed it with smoked salmon, grilled halami meat, and tsumemi no arame. A light, easy-drinking sake with a great flavor.

Wire Shop. Melon aroma, a little gassy, little sweetness, refreshing sake. Easy to drink. We enjoyed it with chilled pork shabu-shabu and arame. Even in the lingering summer heat, it is a refreshing and tasty sake. It is truly a summer sake.

The Wire Shop Purchased with Nabeshima Summer Moon Aroma fruity mouthfeel sweet to dry sharpness. It was delicious with tuna sashimi and satsuma-age. It also went well with aratame. I think it is a good food sake for fish.

Fukuharasan's hanpukai Gassy and slightly astringent from the sweetness of the grapes. A little sweetness on the finish. There is acidity. We enjoyed it with grilled salmon with butter, fried pork from Donkey's, and chilled tofu. It seems to be a standard sake. I used to not like this sake with exploding acidity. This is a sake I would like to repeat.

Seibu Ikebukuro, B2F Sake Sho Yamada Slightly sweet aroma. Sweetness like grapes or pears and weak alcohol. Beautiful aftertaste. Delicious sake. We enjoyed it with salmon meuniere, fried tomato and egg, and cold tofu. It also went well with 20th century pears for dessert. Sake Mirai sake is delicious. I would like to drink the original Jyushiyo.

Gassy. Sweetness, like pear or grape. I think it has less alcohol than the 15 to 16 proof. It is a very good sake at a very reasonable price. I hope it will become a regular. We enjoyed it with grilled beef halami, edamame, and marinated tomatoes.

Seibu Ikebukuro's second basement floor liquor merchant Yamada. I received a lottery ticket from the store. There is not much aroma. There is a melon atmosphere in the mouth, but the sweetness is only in the aroma, and the sake is umami dry. It has a soft alcohol taste. There was also a dry junmai, but it was too harsh, so I went for the junmai ginjo. It is a sake that makes you want to drink junmai as well. We enjoyed it with grilled mackerel, bean-curd vermicelli, and marinated vegetables. It is a very good sake for a mealtime drink.

Wakamatsuya. This year, 4 gou bottles. They didn't have a 1.5 liter bottle. The sweet and refreshing taste satisfies me every year. We enjoyed it with Kentucky Fried Chicken. It has a delicious sweet aroma and sweet taste like grapes and peaches.

Exclusive to Fukuhara Sake Shop Sake with apple aroma, acidity, and flavor. We enjoyed it with fried cartilage bones, yakisoba, kushikatsu (pork cutlets), and gyoza (dumplings) prepared for the fireworks display. The acidity, umami, and bitterness of the sake matched the food and were delicious. The fireworks were the best ever.

It is easy to drink and has a delicious flavor and sharpness. We enjoyed it with leek and beaten egg soup, sauteed pork, and edamame. I think it also goes well with fish sashimi.

Ryoseki on display and sale in the sake section of Tobu Department Store Fruity, sweet and tasty, sharp and bitter. It has a melon-like taste. We enjoyed it with chilled tofu, salad, and beef ponzu yaki. Easy to drink. Tomorrow we plan to drink Junmai Ginjo.

It is not light and dry, but has a very strong flavor. We enjoyed it with potato salad, stir-fried pork, and pickled takana. It goes well with oily food.
