Today we enjoyed it with cream stew. It is a light and delicious sake with a delicious flavor that does not lose to the punch of pepper.

Rummy feeling. Gassy, sweet but clean and dry. Delicious with dashi broth, tuna au gratin, and bacon soup. Easy to drink with sweet gaseous sensation. Goes well with dashi. It is a good sake.

I bought this for heating sake.
It was delicious with peony hot pot.
It has a strong flavor that does not lose to the miso and sansho.
It goes well with wild boar meat, burdock and konnyaku.
The nabe tsuyu is a mix of Mitsukan concentrated type noodles, nabe kokuuma yamitsuki miso (red miso type) and chicken miso nabe tsuyu to give it an original feel.
The stewed tofu is also delicious.

Fruity aroma and sweet taste. Tasty liquid. Sake with a crisp finish with no cloying taste.
We enjoyed it with dinner of duck tsuyu, fried blue fish, and potato salad.

I think it is pineapple type but quite weak.
