Fukuhara Sake Shop Hanpukai Tropical fruit sweetness, acidity, and a little gas. It is a tasty and easy-to-drink sake with a refreshing sourness and gaseousness from the sticky sweetness without any cloying taste. We enjoyed it with stir-fried leek tofu with dried bonito flakes, grilled mackerel with sesame seeds, and clear soup. It is a beautiful sake with a great lack of miscellaneous flavors.

Purchased after hearing it was back in stock after last year. It has a melon-like aroma and a sweet-tart flavor, The astringent taste comes soon, so you want to drink the next one. I don't know the detailed specs, but it's very good. You don't feel the 16% alcohol content, so be careful not to drink too much. We enjoyed it with steamed chicken with chives sauce, bacon soup, and grilled edamame.

Wakamatsuya Purchased as a set with Junmai (special junmai notation). The taste is the same as the special honjozo. It is light, dry, and easy to drink. We enjoyed it with grilled eel on the day of the ox in Doyou. The special junmai is a junmai with a different bottle color. This one had more flavor and was more drinkable. It feels a little heavier than the special honjozo.

Fukuhara Sake Shop hanpukai. A brand new to me. Melon sweetness and umami, a little gasiness. It has a sweet melon taste, umami, and a little bit of gas. It is a very easy to drink sake. I enjoyed it with kamatoro sashimi and grilled edamame.

Wakamatsuya reservation. It was worth saving up the stamps. I was able to buy it again this year. It is a sweet, fruity, delicious and easy to drink sake. Sweetness and acidity of grapes. Slightly gassy. We enjoyed it with stick dumplings and sauteed chicken. Yesterday's bean-curd vermicelli was also good.

Fukuhara Sake Shop Hanpukai Sake I wanted to drink. Thank you for the hanpukai. The grape flavor is darker than the jungin. The sharpness is typical of tasake. The Jungin is fluffy and concentrated, whereas the Jungin is thick and concentrated. The aftertaste is a lingering sweetness. We enjoyed it with sautéed pork with our favorite sour mustard from Furano Farm.

Wadaya Hanpukai's original Refreshing beer aroma. Good dobrok full of sweet rice mash. This was my first time drinking a hoppy sake and it was delicious. This is a delicious sake that my beer-loving partner, who says any sake feels like a one-cup glass, found to be good. We enjoyed it with rice dishes and beer dishes. It is an easy-drinking sake that goes well with sardine with sweet and sour sauce, marinated octopus, and dumpling soup. I would like to try the rice and agave as well. Cheers to the evolution of sake.

Warehouse sale items Participated in the biannual sale and purchased. A selection of three bottles of sweet potato shochu and peak whisky for 4,000 yen. It is a good price. It is a classical sake. It is a dry sake with enough flavor. We enjoyed it with sashimi and shaomai (steamed dumplings) while drinking with dinner. It is a delicious sake that goes well with meals.

Wakamatsuya. Sweet and weak melon type aroma cemedine and gassy. We enjoyed it with sauteed duck, tomato salad and bacon soup. Light and easy to drink sake. I felt a little uncomfortable because Kubota is so sweet.
