Spring-like pink label. I guess I could wear short sleeves today. Just when I thought spring had arrived, it will be back to winter tomorrow...I hate cold weather. My wife made oysters marinated in oil, which I read about in dancyu. It was delicious. The sake tasted very refreshing and very good!

My favorite Kangiku. After taking the top clear liquid, I finished the ritual of mixing and drinking, and the glass I poured was full of bubbles. It's delicious!

It's been a long time since I've had a Jikin. It has a very nice aroma when you open the bottle! Fruity but not too sweet. There is no sourness or bitterness. It has no sourness or bitterness, and yet it is not too thin either. You can drink it forever. It is a four-pack bottle.

Hiragana no nogo no tsuki! I guess it's been a year. After this, I remember if there will be two hiragana. I wonder if it has become an annual routine. It's fruity, but as soon as it enters your mouth, it's sharp. Delicious.

Matsuo boasts of Kangiku's Chiba Prefecture exclusive. I never picked it up before,.., I picked it up! was available, so I picked it up. I opened the bottle with a light tap. The aroma was not noticeable. When I poured it into the glass, I found fine bubbles. It is very easy to drink! It has a gentle feeling. I wondered if it was low alcohol. I thought it might be low alcohol, but when I looked at it, I found that it had a normal alcohol content. I would be fine with a bottle.

I guess it's been a long time since I've seen an honored chrysanthemum. Low al. Just right for my current condition. Poured into a glass, bubbles appear, but they are not too sharp, and the texture is smooth. It also goes down the throat smoothly. Kouei Kiku has a little more acidity in my image.

This one, again, was nigori, I didn't choose the hi-ire sake, but chose the nama-zake. I know I drink this every year (I should), but the bottle is beautiful and nice. I don't think I've had much to drink in Kyoto. And Tamagawa. I think this is the first time for me. The label looks like a ball. It seems not to be a nama-shu? It seems to be, but I felt comfortable drinking it as if it was a nama-shu. The top clearness was delicious. To be honest, I preferred the supernatant.
