I guess it's been a long time since I've seen an honored chrysanthemum.
Low al. Just right for my current condition.
Poured into a glass, bubbles appear, but they are not too sharp, and the texture is smooth.
It also goes down the throat smoothly.
Kouei Kiku has a little more acidity in my image.

I often buy and drink Koei Chrysanthemum myself, but since last year (or maybe the year before 😅) I was thinking that the sourness has become much more mature 🙁 🙁 !

Up to now, when I read over the miscellaneous impressions of Koei Chrysanthemum I received, I always seemed to find no acidity.
Was it just an assumption?
I will check again with the next Koei chrysanthemum.
