My favorite Fudo! Last year it was Ginjo, this year Daiginjo. Of course, I don't remember last year, The bottle is cool too! The strong font and color of the label are also very nice! I haven't had much Tsuneyama. I remember liking nigori, but I am not sure... I am sure it was Tsuneyama... (PS: It was not nigori 🤪) (PS: It was not nigorigo 🤪) I got myself back on track and tried Tsuneyama this time. The label is cool and very nice! Gendatsu" is the name taken from "Gendatsu Se", a fantastic sea area in Fukui Prefecture, where you can catch extra-large sea bream. The fishing season is only open for two months from mid-June. Let's take a look at the aroma. Fruity and wafting in the air when the bottle is opened. It is immediately sweet in the mouth! And immediately, you can feel a tang on both sides of your tongue. I wonder if it's sweet or fruity. That's how it feels. What kind of taste sensations do you feel on the sides of your tongue? I have no idea. As I drank more and more, I wondered if it was an illusion that it tasted sweet. Is this a dry wine? I began to feel that it was dry. Indecision? Resourceful? Well, either way is fine! It was delicious!

My favorite cold chrysanthemum. I think I drank this Haruhi last year. I remembered it as being sweet and tasty, but dry? It is very refreshing!
