At the end of a three-day weekend (I had to go to work 😭), I got this pink label. Was I somehow pulled in by the image of the label, or is that what it tasted like in the first place? I thought it was very gentle and round, and the fact that it's hiya-iru may have had something to do with it. Probably. Thank you very much for the sake.

We enjoyed the party, and one four-pack wasn't enough, so we added more. However, almost none of it made it into our mouths. The next day, we had some left over. My wife said it had lost a little carbonation. I've had a couple of bottles of Ninonozo a few times, but how was it? I only remember that it is my favorite sake. I guess I need to review this one too. I would like to try other sake besides Ninonozo, but it seems that the higher the number, the more expensive it is.

Doyo day. After buying eels, I went to a liquor store. There was a sake that was perfect for Doyoyo no Hi, and I bought it without hesitation. I've had it before, but I don't know if it was with eel, It seemed to wash away the thickness and sweetness of the eel sauce rather than making it clear. It might be refreshing if it were a daiginjo, but since it is also a junmai sake, it might be a little different. It was like eating rice after eating eel, It was delicious!

I like the naming, don't you? I think this is my first Kaika. It's a draft sake, but it tastes calm and round in the mouth, I thought. I thought it tasted calm and round in the mouth. Then there was a slight acidity. This became less obvious as I drank more. However, it did not go well with grilled corn-flavored potato chips.

Posting for the day before yesterday, I fell asleep because I drank some more after sake, Satsuma-age (fried fish cake) arrived as a souvenir from Kagoshima by my niece. Then, I went to buy some sake from Kagoshima. Satsuma-age with spicy lotus root (no picture because I've already eaten it 😭) and tenpiki, nice. I think it's because I basically like spicy lotus root. It's also fun to choose the sake for the snacks.

Sake degree -15 degrees! Obtained at Haneda Airport. My favorite Saga sake. This is the first time I've seen Munemasa. It's delicious, isn't it? Soft and 👍! It is listed as recommended for women and beginners, but the name, without the slightest hint of such a feeling? Maybe it's good to say eternal beginner. 😏.

Check-in is 701st. Let's keep on turning more and more! That's what I've been saying. I love Aizu Otoko. However, I can't select "Sake-no-wa Aizu Otoko". Is it an operation error? The dish had a strong flavor, and the whale sashimi with garlic went well with the bonito.

The 700 check-in was for Tanabata🎋 sake. was it Koshi for 600 as well? It's still early for Tanabata, but we're bringing it forward. It is not a draft sake, but once heated. I think it had a clear and calm taste without a sharpness. I might write a request on a strip of paper so that I can drink it next Tanabata Festival.
