テキーラToday is Valentine's Day. The drink will be a sweet-umami type with a red label. I've waited a year for it. It's mouthwatering, crisp, sweet, and, well, delicious! This is one bottle I should buy by the bottle! I can't clearly tell the difference from the last Yamadanishiki, but I think I like the Omachi better, maybe because I drank it just now, but, maybe it tastes best then and there.

テキーラThe weather is getting warmer. Plum trees have started to bloom. Recently, my favorite clothing store (from UNIQLO to Workman, which is reasonably priced for functionality) has started to replace their functional wear for summer. Tonight is a spring-like sake! I don't know if it was spring-like sake or not, but I had some deliciously sweet Kudoki-ujite. It was very delicious.

テキーラToday in Tokyo, it snowed and turned a little white. And today, February 5, is "nigori no hi (day of nigori). If so, here it is, although it is not a white nigori. It is a low-alcohol (11 degrees Celsius) pink nigori sake. The bottle was opened easily without any bumps and bruises. Pour it into a glass with a dokudoku, or sloshing. In the mouth, you feel sweetness. And some acidity. I've been drinking it every day for a while now, so the low alcohol content helps. I guess.

テキーラThis is Jikin's Yamadanishiki sake. Opened the bottle and the aroma of delicious, hungry, freshly cooked rice wafted through the air for a moment, Poured into a glass, no bubbles. It doesn't seem to be of the piquant type. It has a soft sharpness in the mouth.

テキーラIt was warm today. Spring has arrived? However, at night, a cold wind is blowing. But the night was cold and windy, and the drinks were spring-like. I remember drinking last year (what a bottle!). It was a bottle of sake. And it made a good impression! It's a Kangiku. The taste is more umami than fruity. I thought it was a dry wine with a sharp taste. Maybe not.

テキーラNigori today. It was a challenge to open the bottle today. It was stirred well enough to open the bottle, and I was surprised when I poured it into a glass! Rice on the surface of the glass? No, it's moromi? It's the first time! This is the first time! This is a huge nigorigo! There is no supernatant! It is a bit of a bumpy taste in the mouth, but it is very strong. The alcohol content is higher than usual, at 18 degrees. Another surprise! Looking at the bottle closely, there are even instructions on how to open it. It was kind, but I opened it and drank it before reading it, and it was already gone... And Wakayama Prefecture, three times so far? I checked in, but only one choice of Kido..., maybe I should check other prefectures as well.

テキーラToday, I went shopping at Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple. And by the way? I thought I'd buy some sake. Chomei-sen! The name is good luck! I had no choice but to buy it. I thought, "I have no choice but to buy it! I want to cherish my good luck! I took it home and opened the bottle, thinking I would drink it as it was cold there. No blowout. First, the supernatant. I could feel some acidity. After that, I stirred it well, poured it into a glass, and drank it! It is sweet! As soon as you think that, it goes from dry to sharp. And then the four-pack was gone.

テキーラToday, due to an event, I went near the roadside station of Fermentation Village and picked up salted fermented soybeans and five daughters and went home. Opened the bottle without difficulty, without worrying about the warning sign on the lid. Oh, isn't it fermented? Uwazumi has a sweet taste! It is not sour. Mixing and stirring, the sourness intensifies. Huh? The opposite image. I drank it up deliciously.

Well, I got myself together and opened the bottle. In the mouth, dry! Sourness? Sourness? This is a bottle that overturns the image of the deliciously sweet Kamikawa Taisetsu that I drank before. I was keenly aware that I should not be bound by stereotypes! I felt it keenly.
