Kouyoukiku's Snow Crescent. It's delicious. First comes the fresh and juicy sweetness of the rice, followed by the acidity and bitterness to finish it off nicely. I've been drinking only warmed sake lately, but sake that tastes good cold is good too 😆.

I bought it because it's a hot, swelling drink! The flavor and aroma of the wine certainly increased as it warmed up, but I was expecting something more brawny and richly flavored, and I thought it was too beautiful. It's a good drink, that's for sure!

This is the first time I've had this Zikonom no Muddy, and I thought it was a balance of deliciousness, acidity and bitterness that was quintessential. It's as if the aftertaste of the soft drink love squall has been replaced by a pleasant bitterness and a refreshing alcohol aroma, instead of a sticky sweetness ^_^^

That's a stable Oku Harima! It has a strong body and is full of flavor. In winter, if you want to drink it hot, I think Okumari, Etsukushin, Kikuhime, Kamikame, Tenguumai, and Okura are all good. Personally, I would like you to try it!

It's a very good sake. It has the richness, acidity and crispness that only Yamahai can produce. It has a strong body, so I think it goes well with meat dishes. Of course, it goes well with sashimi. I had it warmed up with Sime Saba and Rakkyo with Parmesan cheese, and it was the best!

This is a sake that is like a mass of umami. It's kind of amazing, the aroma and flavor of the rice is amazing. Really, it's made entirely of rice! That's the Japanese sake! It is a very solid sake with a feeling of "What is this? It is delicious when it is warmed up.

It is a very good sake. It is a junmai sake with 80% rice polishing ratio, but you can feel the flavor of the rice, and the messiness in a good way becomes the fullness and taste. The sweetness is moderate and crisp, so I think it goes well with any meal. I think it was about 2300 yen for a bottle of sake. Every year, when hot pot season is near, I always want to keep a bottle of Kamikame on hand. It's best when hot and warmed up. There is no better hot sake to drink than this. I think it's so good.
