Kouyoukiku's Snow Crescent. It's delicious. First comes the fresh and juicy sweetness of the rice, followed by the acidity and bitterness to finish it off nicely. I've been drinking only warmed sake lately, but sake that tastes good cold is good too 😆.

This is the first time I've had this Zikonom no Muddy, and I thought it was a balance of deliciousness, acidity and bitterness that was quintessential. That's a stable Oku Harima! It has a strong body and is full of flavor. In winter, if you want to drink it hot, I think Okumari, Etsukushin, Kikuhime, Kamikame, Tenguumai, and Okura are all good. Personally, I would like you to try it!
