I've never had Harushika before because I don't like the peculiarity of the label design, but I tried it. If you drink it cold, you can feel the harshness of the alcohol and the spiciness. If you drink it warm, you can feel the richness and the flavor, and it is a very well balanced sake. It's a great sake for sipping. It's also a sake that I would definitely like to drink hot ^_^.

You can feel the acidity and the bitterness in a good way that is typical of Akishika, but the umami is thin. In my personal opinion, it was a cheap beer that was worth the price.... It's been three days since I opened the bottle, and it's mellowing and showing some flavor. It's delicious!

The staff at the liquor store recommended it to me. I didn't know the brand. It was hot. It seems to be a good match for any meal. It has a solid umami and dry taste. I can feel the maturing aroma and I love it ^_^.

This is a standard Okuharima. Yamahai Junmai. I drank it hot! You can't miss this sake ^_^! The balance of umami and bitterness is perfect^_^

Since it is aged for 5 years, it has a sense of maturity and a deep bitter taste. The rice flavor is moderate for a sake aged in the Yamahai style, and it cuts through easily, making it a sake that you can drink many glasses of. I thought it was a good sake for a mealtime drink when warmed up ^_^.

The brewing alcohol is used very well. The grapefruit-like sweetness and the tangy, clean and bitter taste of the alcohol are in perfect balance. It's a miracle that you can buy a bottle of this for 2200 yen. If I find it at the regular price, I will buy it immediately ^_^.

Aged, raw, Yamahai, Honjozo. This sake is a combination of all the best parts! The umami, the sweetness of the rice, and the richness that only aged sake can provide! The tangy taste of the brewed alcohol that tightens it up is the best match. It's sad that there is no more Kikutaka. It's a sake I want to buy up ^_^!

I've never seen the label before! I learned about Kikutaka after I learned about Kouei Chrysanthemum, so it's already too late...(°▽°)

Toku-san, if you're from Osaka, I'll tell you where you can buy it ^_^. It's 29BY nama-matured sake, but there is a hidden shop that sells it at a fixed price. lol

Taki. Nice to meet you. I live in Osaka, and I was wondering if you could tell me about some of the famous hidden restaurants. I love Yamahai. Thank you for your time.

This is Shiragiku-ya in Takatsuki ^_^. You may know this shop, but many people come from far away to buy this shop.

Thank you very much. Unfortunately, it is difficult to visit because I live in Saitama, but I like the liquor store tour itself, and since it is a good opportunity, I looked at the HP. The sake of the handling, it was not a feeling that it was a selling specialty, and I had a good feeling ( ^ω^ )

Thank you very much. I also looked at the website, but there are many brands that look good, not only Kikutaka. I'll visit there once during the winter.

There is a parking lot, so please go there ^_^.

I went to Shirakikuya. Thank you for telling me about this good shop. I couldn't decide which sake to buy, so I stayed there for a long time.

I drank the same series of Omachi a few days ago, and it was a little softer and cleaner than that. Still, it had enough aroma, flavor, bitterness, and acidity to make it the one and only Tamagawa. It's so addictive! LOL!

It has a strong flavor and is tangy due to the addition of brewing alcohol. It is a well made sake. If it is the same brew, Kinryo is better for me.

It is delicious. Compared with Tamagawa, I feel the same level of umami. The bitterness, peculiarity, and smoky feeling are moderate, and it is like a calm sake with a strong flavor ^_^. I'd like to repeat it again!

I was blown away! The flavor, the richness, the bitterness, the egginess in a good way! I've been wanting to drink this for a long time since someone recommended it to me! In a word, the mouthfeel is blue cheese! It's not true that this is made with only rice, koji, yeast, and water! It's a complex mass of flavor. You may like it or not ^_^.

The aroma is of fragrant rice. When you take a sip, it has a rich and pleasant bitter taste. It's a great sake for a meal. I think lukewarm heating brings out the character of the sake ^_^. This is a sake I'd like to repeat!

It is a delicious drink. It has a firm body, but is refreshing to drink. The flavor expands when heated! It's similar to Daishichi ^_^.

Eh. I didn't know there was such a delicious sake! It might be similar to Gunma Izumi. It has a firm body, and the flavor expands when heated. It's perfect as a mid-meal sake. It's a sake I'd like to repeat again ^_^.

Delicious!!! A bit floral, with a hint of apple. It's one of those drinks that can be swishy and overdone on its own ^_^.

You can feel the full-bodied umami that only Yamahai can provide, but it's more like an easy drinking Yamahai. It's a very tasty sake, and we recommend serving it hot.

This is an 80% polished Yamadanishiki Junmai-shu from Okuharima. If you think that 80% polished sake has a lot of miscellaneous flavors and is hard to drink, please try this heated sake! The complex flavor complements the umami, and it tastes great. It's also a very wallet-friendly sake😆.
