It is a very good sake. It is a junmai sake with 80% rice polishing ratio, but you can feel the flavor of the rice, and the messiness in a good way becomes the fullness and taste. The sweetness is moderate and crisp, so I think it goes well with any meal. I think it was about 2300 yen for a bottle of sake. At this price, I don't think there's any other drink of this level that would be different. I think.
By the way, I've had it at room temperature and warmed up, both are good, but I recommend the warmed up version ^_^^
