It's a very good sake. It has the richness, acidity and crispness that only Yamahai can produce.
It has a strong body, so I think it goes well with meat dishes. Of course, it goes well with sashimi.
I had it warmed up with Sime Saba and Rakkyo with Parmesan cheese, and it was the best!
