When summer comes, I too want to drink juicy sake cold, but I dared to drink Okumaima, which I like to warm up.
It's so delicious. I can't find any other words to describe it.
The 55% Junmai Yamahai is still better than the 80% polish, and it's just so much better!
Personally, I thought the sake with a nice smell and richness of rice was the best, rather than the sake with a juicy taste.
I want everyone to try this sake!
