It is quite unique and may be different for different tastes. Personally, I like it. Aged at room temperature, it is interesting. That is why it is so unique.

Memorandum Sake rice Reiho Polishing ratio unknown Mouthfeel is easy to drink, mildly dry, mildly fruity. The overall impression is mature. The aftertaste is moderately astringent. According to the brewery, the Fukkai series was inspired by the sea, and the brand name was taken from a thank-you book of a gentile saved by an ancestor.
