The mouthfeel is neither sweet nor spicy. The aftertaste is clear with a touch of sourness. As the name "water" implies, it has no habits. Easy to drink.

The mouthfeel is clean, sweet and sour. It has a higher sake level than Suwaizumi, which I drank earlier, but the acidity makes it more refreshing and easier to drink. Very tasty.

The taste is clean, sweet, and fruity. Jyushidai is still delicious, but I think I like the usual more mellow taste.

I once told a colleague that I wanted to conquer sake from all 47 prefectures but could not drink the ones from the south, and he gave me this as a gift.
It has a nutty aroma on the palate with a nettled sweetness like rum raisins. The aftertaste is astringent yet refreshing. It has an interesting taste.
I was surprised to see that Hamada Shuzo has a lot of shochu that I like to drink, even though I am not good at shochu! I've had it for quite a while, and in many ways I'm surprised at the connection.
Good morning, S-tackle!
You are the last 2 prefectures to conquer 😋.
What a cool souvenir from your colleague ✨
I'd like to try some sake from the south too, as there are many regions I have little experience with 😊.

The mouthfeel is clean and fruity. The aftertaste is a little astringent from the umami. It is quite easy to drink and may be the best dry sake ever among those I do not like. Very tasty.
