Memorandum Sake rice Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 50%. Sweet and delicious on the palate. Then acidity and astringency. Everything is well balanced. The lingering aftertaste is clean and refreshing, although there are some parts where it is assertive. I like it very much. Delicious.

Memorandum Sake rice Unknown Polishing ratio unknown Sweet and fruity on the palate. The taste on the nose may be white peach. It is mild and gorgeous. The aftertaste is juicy and astringent. I have had this wine before, but I think the color of the label is lighter pink than before. I think the color of the label was darker reddish purple before.

Memorandum Ingredients Sake lees Alcohol content 30 It is not sake, but when I went to buy sake, I found Tasake's shochu and bought it without a second thought. I am not good at shochu and don't drink it that much, but it was a little different from the image I had imagined. I don't dislike it, but both with water and hot water, the feeling that goes through the nose is like the sake. The taste and the aftertaste are also quite spiky and chemical. By the way, I like pakuchi. If it's shochu, I personally prefer Daiyame.

Memorandum Sake rice Gin-no-sato Rice polishing ratio 55 It has a clean dry mouthfeel. The name "extremely dry," but it is not spiky and easy to drink. The aftertaste is pungent and astringent. I am a fruity sweet-tasting person, but this is a dry wine for me. I think I like it a lot.
