Memorandum Sake rice Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio 69 The mouthfeel is firm and the aroma is strong. The aroma is strong, but it is more whisky-like than floral. The aftertaste is umami and acidity.

Memorandum Sake rice: Aiyama Polishing ratio 60 The mouthfeel is sweet and fruity. The feeling on the nose is very mellow, but the aftertaste is refreshing. The lingering aftertaste is umami and acidity. Very interesting and tasty. It is unique and to my liking.

Memorandum Sake rice Haenuki Sake rice 50%. The mouthfeel is clean, sweet and sour. It has a higher sake level than Suwaizumi, which I drank earlier, but the acidity makes it more refreshing and easier to drink. Very tasty.
