I ordered this sake because I really wanted to fill up on sake from Yamanashi Prefecture.
Surprisingly, it suits my taste. It is dry but a little bitter with a strong acidity. It's a bit bitter with a dry but acidic taste. It has a lingering aftertaste, but the flavor is still there. This is my personal impression because I am too drunk. As I drank it, I thought it was delicious, and I was convinced that this was a sake that goes well with food.
