Since we plan to have a meat dinner tomorrow Christmas Eve, we will open a bottle of Snowman ☃️ on Christmas Eve Eve along with sashimi, etc. ❗ I opened the bottle while chilling it with ice, and it opened without any blowout or agitation, so I drank only the clear supernatant because I had to. It has an aroma and sweetness like ripe melon, and there is not much fizz, so it is like drinking squeezed juice of melon. ⁉️ If you stir it slowly and drink it, the sweetness, lees bitterness, sourness, and gassiness mix together and double the deliciousness🥰. I still prefer nigori sake to be drunk in a mixed state 😀. I've already bought sake for New Year's, so I'm ready to drink it all at once 😋😋! ★★★★★

This is also my first sake from Nagano. The sweetness and acidity give it a complex flavor 😋. I'm still enjoying encountering sake I've never had before. ☺️ Nagano is said to be the prefecture with the second largest number of sake breweries in Japan, so you can expect to encounter sake you have never heard of. I recommend a trip to Nagano to everyone. ★★★★☆

Last visit to Nagano during the year Pick up some nozawana tempura and horse sashimi 🥰. I can taste the flavor of the rice. Perhaps because it is junmai, it does not have the same sweetness and depth as junmai ginjo. However, the dryness of the sake with a sake strength of +7 washes away the fat of the horse sashimi, making it a crisp and refreshing sake for a meal. I don't dislike it. ★★★☆☆☆☆

Nozawana Tempura is quite a common menu item at bars in Nagano. Nagano is said to have the second largest number of sake breweries in Japan, so you can still expect to encounter sake you never knew existed! The food is also delicious😋. I highly recommend a drinking trip.

First drink 🔰. The owner served this sake at a high school alumni gathering. It is a delicious sake with a full-bodied aroma and a mellow sweetness, yet it has an acidity that makes it crisp and clean. Since it was a group of drinkers, I found myself emptying a bottle after just two drinks. 🤣 I would have liked to drink more 😃. ★★★★☆

Long time no see local sake Morishima. It is a Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama-shu Yamadanishiki. It has a mellow sweetness and the tanginess of the raw sake, with a deep umami flavor that is just like Yamadanishiki. I have been drinking a lot of sake from Tohoku and Nagano recently, but I have rediscovered the goodness of my local sake from Ibaraki. I was reminded again of the quality of local Ibaraki sake. ★★★★☆

The last night of our trip to Shikoku A meal at the hotel was full of dishes from a dish called "saabachi". Last night at Bikyuu! As is typical of Kochi sake, it is dry, but has a good flavor and depth. The sweetness and umami are well balanced and easy to drink! What's that? It's gone 🤣 ★★★★☆☆☆

After leaving Hirome Market, we went to a yakitori restaurant that was recommended by the three girls who were good friends with the locals earlier. Tosatsuru unpasteurized sake (It's a pity that this was the only sake they had.) It's a light and dry sake that goes perfectly with white liver😃✌️ It's dry and refreshing and doesn't interfere with the food, but it's not as deep and alcoholic as the other sakes we had earlier 💦. ☆☆☆☆

Last drink at Kochi's Hirome Market 4) Kure Special Junmai Leopard The special and dairy-like label caught my attention: ☺️ It is dry and dry, but has a mellow flavor, not just light and dry. It goes well with bonito tataki. My wife and I drank 4 cups of sake in no time at all, and I'm glad to hear that 3 local girls who are good friends of ours said it was a lot of fun 🥰. Drinking trip to Kochi in Shikoku ❕. Drink comparison at Kochi's Hirome Market❕👍️ First up was the classic Kameizumi CEL-24. It is sweet and juicy as indicated by its sweet sake level of -15, but has a delicious raw tangy taste 😋. The acidity is strong and the sharpness is not bad. Now, look forward to encountering more sake from Shikoku❕👍️ ★★★★☆

I can't go fishing, which is my hobby, due to various reasons, so I bought some delicious looking sashimi of squid and seared sashimi of snapper and drank them, which made me want to go fishing more and more. 🤣 The aroma is sweet and fruity, like ripe melon. When I drank it, the sweetness and bitterness spread a deep richness 😋. It's not like a "light" beer, but it has a clear flavor profile and is very tasty ❕👍️ I want to drink it with the fish I caught next time 😜! ★★★★☆

Capturing this year's red dragonfly❕👍️ Sweet and sour, fruity like pineapple🍍. There is almost no bitterness, but the wine has a time-honored, matured acidity that goes down smoothly without leaving any sweetness, making it a great sipper 🍷😋😋. It is 100% Sakura Domaine Yamadanishiki and has the deliciousness that is typical of Senkyoku 🥰. It is perfect for the time of year when red dragonflies fly in the autumn sky to make us forget the hot summer 😉. It was empty in no time. I'll be back soon 🤓. ★★★★☆

Next to the Shinshu Kamerei, which was quickly consumed, was the Dodarai Namazake! I thought it would be neat and dry with a sake level of +15, but after a little sweetness, it was easier to drink than the Shinshu Kamerei I just drank due to the tangy gasiness and acidity of the raw sake ❗ As expected from Sexy Yamamoto Yeast❕👍️ I've been getting more and more partial to my favorite brands lately, and I feel like I don't drink brands that I don't know much about anymore. I opened the bottle because I had a legal meeting and my brother came over❕👍️ Sweet and fruity aroma 😀. It's sweeter than the Hitogokochi I drank before 😖. But after that, a little bitterness makes it delicious 😋 but my favorite was "Hitogokochi". I would like to compare the other types ❕. I'd like to compare other types too: ☺️ It is a sweet and juicy sake, and my brother who likes dry sake said, "It's a little bit sweet. But I guess this is the kind of sake people are drinking these days. It is not only sweet but also sharp, so it is refreshing and delicious. I was so satisfied with the taste that I quickly drank it all up.

Here's a way to get rid of the depression of not being able to go fishing: ‼️ Opened a bottle of Akabu Amber while watching World Cup Volleyball 🏐🍷. Yay 😃✌️! Nippon👊😆🎵 I was so moved - I cried 🤣. I've never had amber before 🔰. but rather a brand new to the market this year ❔. The aroma is sweet and fruity, It has a sweet fruity aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and bitterness like muscat goes right in 🎵. The alcohol content is 13%, so it has a beautiful and deep flavor. I think I like it better when it is cooled down because you can feel the bitterness. ☺️ You can't go wrong with Akabu no matter what you drink it with 🤓. ★★★★☆

For the umpteenth time, blue shimmer❕👍️ I think it's delicious every time! I think it's the Yatsugatake subterranean water and the rose yeast that makes it so beautiful, with a great balance of sweetness and acidity! Surprisingly, there are no posts about it, but I think it's a hit in Yamanashi, hidden behind the wine 🎵.
