The first thing I ordered with the grilled bandits was Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake from "Jyukyu"!
The fresh sourness like green apple followed by the sweetness of the rice was perfectly balanced and so delicious!
No wonder the owner recommends this brand 🤩.
