A beautiful sake with a good balance of depth, sweetness, flavor, and sharpness. I had a regular Junmai Ginjo from Koigawa before this, but it was too refreshing to drink cold, so I think that was probably intended to be heated, and the Nakadori Namaishu is a delicious sake to drink cold ❕🥰. Koikawa seems to be based on the concept of "junmai heated sake" and I got the impression that many of their sake are junmai dry, but the Nakadori Nama Sake is delicious cold. It was delicious cold. ★★★★☆

Enjoy once a year Tasake's Special Junmai Namaishu 😃🎵. It's been sitting in the fridge for about 2 months since I bought it. My uncle's body is sore from skiing🎿 the day before... c(>_<.) Si*. But I got some good sashimi, so I'm going to open a bottle hoping that drinking it will cure it 🤣. The aroma is sweet like pear 🍐 and the same impression on the palate, with sweetness spreading first followed by sourness and umami 😋. The overall balance and the sharpness from the sweetness and umami are perfect for my taste 😃✌️ ★★★★★

Following the Mutsu Hachisen of earlier, Hyogo's Banshu Issen I thought it would be dry and neat because it is from Hyogo, but it is a gorgeous sake with a strong rice sweetness 🍶. Mmmm 😑. This kind of sake may be acceptable sometimes, but for us, the sweetness lasts until the end and is not to our liking (>_<). Maybe even more so because we drank it thinking it was dry and neat. Maybe it goes well with strong flavored food. ☆☆☆☆

Drinking out for a delicious meal after Kami's sobriety 🍶. Cod milt tempura and sashimi 🎵. I was able to drink ISARIBI's fresh sake again this year 😋. I drink this sake every year and really enjoy it 🥰. I couldn't buy it this year but I was lucky enough to find it at a local bar 😆💕. Not because it's from Aomori, but it has a nice balance of fresh sweetness and sourness like green apple 🍏, with a deep and robust flavor that's delicious 😀. ★★★★★

Hello Jay & Nobby 👋😃😃 ISARIBI is the fishing fire of a squid fishing boat, so it definitely goes with squid sashimi 🤓. If they still sell fresh, I highly recommend you to try it with sashimi and other drinks.

A cup of sake 🍶 while reminiscing about the Kochi trip. It has a sweetness from the rice that is not fruity, but as the name suggests, it has depth and is mellow and dry ❕🥰. It was more aromatic and tasty warmed up than cold 🎵. ★★★☆☆☆☆

Seven Sages' Sparkling First 🔰. The fizziness of the fermentation in the bottle is amazing! It really is like a carbonated beverage. The aroma is fruity and sweet, but the lees are involved and the bitterness gives it a nice sharpness. It was a delicious sake. It is a very good sake. ★★★☆☆☆☆

At Matsumoto Izakaya It is 100% Hitokochiki from Nagano Prefecture, so it should be delicious 😋. A good balance of sweetness and acidity, with a crisp and clean taste 🥰. Shinshu Kamerei is also my favorite Hitogochi, so this one is right on the money too 😉👍️✨ It goes perfectly with horse sashimi and mushroom hot pot. 🤓 ★★★★☆

I bought this at Super Turuya in Nagano to drink a little after returning from a ski trip. Nagano is indeed a famous sake brewing area. The selection in the sake section of the supermarket was huge. There were Masumi and Saku-no-Hana on the shelf. I was so happy to see them. It is a beautiful sake that still feels fresh but has a firm umami flavor, and is a little astringent and crisp. ★★★☆☆☆

I went on a three-day skiing⛷️ trip for the first time in a long time☺️ On the first day, due to time constraints, we didn't ski, but bought some Shinshu Kamerei at Okazaki Sake Brewery in Ueda and went to the inn. This is one of the purposes of this trip. I'm not sure if I'll ever get to see it again 😀 . In the evening, we chose a sake that we had never seen before for drinking outside It was a delicious sake with a good balance of Miyamanishiki's full, deep sweetness and umami. 🥰 ★★★☆☆☆

In no time at all, the Hidakami was gone, and the last of the hard-to-find sake series, Shinshu Kamerei, was on hand. It didn't take long for the six sake lovers to get together. My relatives in Yamagata, a famous sake producing area, also gave it a great review❕👍️ I wondered how it would be for dry sake lovers as it has a bit of sweetness, but they were pleased with the depth and deliciousness of the sake 😋. It was worth all the trouble I went through to get it. They were very interested in Hitogokochi because they had never heard of this sake rice. ★★★★★

Compared to Tazake, this is the ultimate food sake with a fresh, dry bitterness that doesn't interfere with food. It is the ultimate food sake that doesn't interfere with food. My brother came over for New Year's holidays and we opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei that we bought at a sake brewery❕👍️ I drank it with the fish I caught and the yellowtail I bought ❕☺️ It's a gorgeous sake with fresh gas and a fruity, umami spread. 😀 I can keep drinking it on its own 😉👍️✨ ★★★★★

It's been a while since I've been able to fish and drink from my catch of sea bass 🤓. The sashimi was delicious and full of fat. It's great to have a drink with fish you caught yourself ❕👍️ Snow Beauty is my favorite sake. As the name suggests, this No. 6 yeast Yamadanishiki is super dry, but it doesn't have the alcohol smell that is often associated with dry sake. ★★★★★

Since we plan to have a meat dinner tomorrow Christmas Eve, we will open a bottle of Snowman ☃️ on Christmas Eve Eve along with sashimi, etc. ❗ I opened the bottle while chilling it with ice, and it opened without any blowout or agitation, so I drank only the clear supernatant because I had to. It has an aroma and sweetness like ripe melon, and there is not much fizz, so it is like drinking squeezed juice of melon. ⁉️ If you stir it slowly and drink it, the sweetness, lees bitterness, sourness, and gassiness mix together and double the deliciousness🥰. I still prefer nigori sake to be drunk in a mixed state 😀. I've already bought sake for New Year's, so I'm ready to drink it all at once 😋😋! ★★★★★

This is also my first sake from Nagano. The sweetness and acidity give it a complex flavor 😋. I'm still enjoying encountering sake I've never had before. ☺️ Nagano is said to be the prefecture with the second largest number of sake breweries in Japan, so you can expect to encounter sake you have never heard of. I recommend a trip to Nagano to everyone. ★★★★☆

Last visit to Nagano during the year Pick up some nozawana tempura and horse sashimi 🥰. I can taste the flavor of the rice. Perhaps because it is junmai, it does not have the same sweetness and depth as junmai ginjo. However, the dryness of the sake with a sake strength of +7 washes away the fat of the horse sashimi, making it a crisp and refreshing sake for a meal. I don't dislike it. ★★★☆☆☆☆

Nozawana Tempura is quite a common menu item at bars in Nagano. Nagano is said to have the second largest number of sake breweries in Japan, so you can still expect to encounter sake you never knew existed! The food is also delicious😋. I highly recommend a drinking trip.

First drink 🔰. The owner served this sake at a high school alumni gathering. It is a delicious sake with a full-bodied aroma and a mellow sweetness, yet it has an acidity that makes it crisp and clean. Since it was a group of drinkers, I found myself emptying a bottle after just two drinks. 🤣 I would have liked to drink more 😃. ★★★★☆
