My first drink 🍶. I hear it's hard to find. The sweetness stands out, but the bitterness afterwards is very sharp. It tastes fresh and delicious like green apple ❕👍️ It gets sweeter as time goes by, so if you like sharpness, you should try it cold ❗😋. ☆☆☆☆☆☆

SENKYO after a long time And Kame-no-o, the origin of sake rice❗ I've had Yamada-Nishiki and Omachi before, but this is my first time to try Kame-no-o from SENKYO 🤓. It already has a sweet fruity aroma and is already delicious 😋❕👍️ The sweetness comes on the palate, followed immediately by the unique sourness of Senkou 😆 ... 😆 ... Later, the bitterness and astringency are sharp and sharp ❗ It may be the best Sentori I've ever had 😋. Next time, I wonder what kind of sake I should pair with nodoguro (northern bluefin tuna) (if we can catch it). I don't want to be told that I should worry about whether I can catch it first 🤣. ★★★★★

My father used to drink this brand. I drank it with nostalgia. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to drink it 🤓. I don't know if "adult sake" is the right word, but it's the traditional sake 🍶. I wonder if this is the kind of sake Makoto Fujita drinks at a small restaurant after solving a case in an old detective drama (old!). 🤣 It's a far cry from modern sake these days: ☺️ It's a very crisp and clean sake, and you can really feel the deliciousness of the rice. It has no sweetness or juiciness at all and goes well with all kinds of food! I don't dislike it and it's good to have it once in a while instead of all modern sake 😃. ★★★☆☆☆☆

It's a Junmai Daiginjo from Koigawa, and perhaps because it was made with Kame-no-o and stored at low temperatures, it is a very tasty sake with a mellow but firm overall flavor that has been rounded out 🍶. Delicious ❕👍️ ★★★★☆

Now, finally, 200 check-ins ❕😆👍️✨ I can't catch up with everyone yet, but I'm going to keep on drinking and encountering different kinds of sake. Thank you very much. The commemorative 200 check-in, like the 100 check-in, is the brand of sake that set me in the sake swamp ❕😉. It is a summer-only Nebuta-labeled Yamadanishiki. Not so much sweetness, but a beautiful impression with sourness and bitterness, but as the temperature rises, the sweetness shows its face and you can enjoy the change 🎵. I have a feeling that it will probably mellow out after a few days. I always enjoy Tasake's work...they never fail to do a good job. ‼️ The Shinshu Kamerei I drank before that was so different and delicious that it's hard to say which is better, both of them are winners 😃. ★★★★★

The balance of umami and acidity is perfect❕👍️ It has a modern impression of sweet and juicy, but the acidity and bitterness give it a sharp kick, so it goes well with any meal and can be drunk on its own 😍💓💓 Now, on to the 200 check-in. Bought it for everyone to drink at the Obon gathering 😀. I like the fact that even though it's Yamahai, it was made to be drunk cold, so those who like it heated should skip it: 👍️ Well, let's see how it tastes like summer ❔. This is my first sake from this brewery 🔰. I had heard that Niidashi Zenshu was a sweet and fruity sake, so I tried it to see how it would be. Although it is a sweet/fruity type of sake, it is not unpleasantly sweet with a strong original flavor of sake rice and bitterness ❗ It has a sharpness, so you can continue drinking it on its own 🍶😋. ★★★☆☆☆☆

Junmai Daiginjo from Kido after a long time ❗ We bought a small bottle of this junmai daiginjo to drink with sushi 🍣. It has the umami and sweetness of Yamadanishiki with a slight astringency. The sake is as beautiful as ever, and I always wonder if it is really worth the price 😀 because it wasn't 800 yen! I always wonder if it's really worth the price 😀 because this one didn't cost 800 yen! 😆 😆. Co-spa is the best ❕👍️ ★★★★☆

It's so hot ☀️😵💦 Maybe it's the malic acid-derived yeast, but it's a refreshing sake with a sweet and sour taste like green apples🍏 that blows away the heat and just a little bit of tangy gas 😋🎵. I love Nagano's sake! This one also has no alcohol taste as you would not expect from an arosozome, and it comes in light and smooth, but you can still taste the umami. Basically, I like junmai type sake, but I've changed my mind: ‼️ ★★★☆☆☆☆

It's been a long time since I've had Kido❗ I had never drank summer gale. I took it on a trip to Lake Yamanaka and drank it. Well, it is as good as ever❕👍️ The aroma and the first sip gives a sweet impression, but it also has a strong bitterness, and because it is low in alcohol, it goes down smoothly. It is as refreshing as a summer resort breeze 😆. It's like a basic summer sake 🎐. Even my family who are picky about sake liked it ❕. 🤓 ★★★★★

I've always wanted to try Izumibashi Summer Yago Blue 😀 While most summer sake is light, this one has a punchy impression at 18% alcohol by volume. You can feel the umami and sweetness of the rice, and yet it has a good balance that finishes with bitterness in the latter half of the bottle ❗ It is a fresh sake with umami spreading in turn in the mouth, but I think it will become more well-balanced and mellow if it is laid down for a while. I am looking forward to drinking it after it has been laid down ❕👍️ ★★★☆☆☆☆
