The final sake of the year was Shinshu Kamerei.

It has a tangy, gaseous taste as it is a draft sake, but there is nothing sharp about it and it goes down smoothly.
It is fruity, but not too sweet, and the overall balance is good and delicious 😋.

This is Mutsu Hachisen Ooragarami Nama.
When the bottle is opened with a squeak, it has a sweet aroma like a ripe melon🍈.
This is definitely a delicious one ❕🥰🥰.
The sweetness in the mouth is not as strong as the aroma I detected earlier, but rather a fresh sweetness like the skin of a 🍈, combined with the slight gassy astringency of the raw sake, it is well-balanced and delicious ❕.

The sake rice is Hitogokochi, so you can't go wrong ❕.
As expected, the full aroma and sweetness fill your mouth!

I liked Hitokochiki rice the best in both Shinshu Kamerei and Yamasan, so I think it suits my taste.
