When I opened the bottle, it had a fresh sweet aroma like apple, but when I sipped it, I could feel a refreshing slight sweetness and it went right in 😀.
It is a delicious sake that is not too refreshing.
It is not too refreshing, and even when paired with the seasonal lotus root tempura, it does not lose, but asserts its umami.
Mr. Yamamoto never fails to deliver ❕🥰.
