We received a bottle of Chiebijin Ura-Chiebijin Junmai Ginjo-shu.
The nose has a sweet, muscat-like ginjo aroma with a gorgeous fragrance.
In the mouth, a strong sweetness fills the mouth and finishes nicely with a slight astringency at the end.
This is delicious!
This is the first time I've had Urachibijin, and it's just so sweet and juicy 🎵I love it so much👍.
I haven't had it yet, but I'm sure there are many sakes that I prefer myself!
