We had a bottle of Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Nama Sake.
After opening the bottle, I poured out the supernatant and set the bottle down, and it was automatically stirred after all😊.
So we started with the supernatant 🎶.
The aroma is mild but fruity with a hint of sourness like young melon or muscat.
In the mouth, you can feel the muscat-like aroma that comes out more strongly, while the moderate sweetness and firm umami rush in, and the wine breaks off cleanly with a sense of effervescence.
It is delicious!
Next, it was mixed with lees.
The lactic acidity increases the umami and sweetness, but the bubbly feeling is still present, so the refreshing feeling is maintained.
Yummmm, yummy!
Hirotogawa nigori is really good!
It is a bottle that I definitely want to drink again next season ❗
