Okunokami純米無調整生酒「荒責」

It's been a long time since I've had a Yamori 🎵.
We had a bottle of Yamori Junmai Unadjusted Nama Shu "Arasabiki".
The standing aroma is a fresh and fruity ginjo aroma that fills the glass.
In the mouth, there is a fruity overtone and a moderate sweetness, but soon a dry bitterness spreads quickly, and the bitterness quickly wears off as the lingering umami is felt.
It is delicious!
It has a mellow dry taste 🎵.
I've been drinking a lot of sweet and juicy sake lately, so when something with a bit of a rough dry taste came along, I was like, "Wow, yum! I was like 'wow, yum!
I served it with raw oysters and grated ponzu vinegar 😊.
Needless to say, it is the best match👍

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😊.
Oh, you know what I mean! 🎵Jay & Nobby, you also drink a lot of sweet and juicy type of wine, don't you?
I recommend the occasional orthodox Kubota or Hakkaisan!
