I broke a bottle of Kachikoma junmai sake before drinking a drop, so I was so frustrated that I immediately bought this one that I saw in the store.
Even though it is Kachikoma, you can tell it has a hint of brewer's alcohol. But it is well balanced, so it is easy to drink.
