I thought the Ise Jingu limited edition sake I drank at lunchtime was easier to drink. After drinking it, it left a slightly sour taste. However, it has a sweet taste of rice, and when you drink it slowly, you can taste a slight sourness, which is quite tasty.

I have had Taitozan before, but I don't remember much about it, so I bought it for the first time in a while. It has a slightly astringent white wine-like aftertaste with almost no sweetness. I think it is best to drink it with fish dishes, which is a standard white wine. Since it is winter from now on, yellowtail and radish would be delicious. I, of course, drink it only with sake.

It has a slightly bitter taste and is dry. The alcohol does not make you feel sick, and it is easy to drink. I usually drink sweet wine, but dry wine is also good.

Unlike Katsikoma, which pursued a traditional taste, this sake has the feel of a new sake of today. My image is that this is Haneya. After a while, I drank it again and found it to be too sweet.

I bought it about a month ago and finally opened it today. It has no sweetness, no cloying taste, and it is not fruity, but that does not mean it is difficult to drink. The aftertaste is not felt just by drinking it, but when you roll it around on your tongue, you can taste a melon-like flavor. It is a traditional sake that does not assert itself, so it seems to go well with a variety of dishes. I am a person who drinks sake alone, so I savor it while sipping it. It is hard to get if the timing is not right, but Katsikoma is still delicious. Usually I drink only one sake, but today I think I would like to drink one more.

I have compared 10 different kinds of sake. Junmai Daiginjos made with wine barrels and yeast really feel like wine. Especially the R2 in the photo has a delicious acidity like white wine, and it seems to go well with food. I have a bottle of R2 at home that I haven't opened yet, but I drank it at Sahseki's first and it is delicious. Link 8 is also good, with a hint of sweetness and a refreshing taste. The usual liquor store still had Link 8 on sale, so I decided to buy it before it ran out. To be honest, I was a little disappointed. A bottle of Manjusen is over 4,000 yen for a #4 bottle, and it is different from low-priced products. It has a different taste from Haneya and Katsuma.

At 17%, it is a slightly stronger alcoholic beverage. The smell is also slightly alcoholic, which enhances the feeling of drinking. It is not too sweet, and although it has an aftertaste of alcohol, it is a delicious drink that is easy to drink, although it is very drinkable. It is different from the Argo we drank just before.
