It is not too sweet, and the aftertaste is a little fruity, but it is easy to drink.
If anything, it is similar to Katsuma.
It is a traditional sake rather than a modern sake.
It is not an assertive sake, so it goes well with a variety of dishes.
Haneya Aizan Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake 720ml
Alcohol content: 16
Rice:Aiyama
Rice polishing ratio: 60
We went to a tasting last December and brought this home because it had a great flavor.
After that, we had it at home for 2 months.
We think it has gone from being full of umami to a little calmer and smoother.
It is definitely better than the last September lot 😋.
When you drink it right after opening it, you can taste the sourness of lactic acid bacteria, but the sourness is controlled and it is easy to drink.
It is easy to drink. It is less rich and has a refreshing aftertaste.
It is likely to run out soon.
I was finally able to return from my lapsed first Corona.
When I first opened it, I could detect a slight sourness, but the next day the sourness was reduced and it was easier to drink.
It has a slightly fruity taste, a moderate sweetness, and a full-bodied flavor.
It has no aftertaste and is very tasty.
Chiyotsuru Nama Nigori Sake 720ml
Rice variety Tentakaku
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol content 19-20%.
I heard from Mr. Yoshida that it was manufactured in December and sold out, so I went to Mizuhata and found it still available.
I took it with me along with Sogape.
The degree of nigorigo varies from bottle to bottle. The bubbling seemed to have calmed down a little and we opened the bottle without difficulty.
It is neither sweet nor spicy, and creamier than it looks.
Seasonal sake, local sake, I took a cue from Jay & Nobby and drank it at home 😄.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby. ☀️
Chiyotsuru is a very rare brand even in Toyama prefecture, and is just as delicious as Katsuma.
I recommend it if you have a chance 😄.

(7) FUMIKIKIKU SAKE Brewery, Reconstruction 2024 Bottle, 15-year aged sake
The last one was a bottle of Fukko 2024 created by Kaede Ito, a painter from Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, and produced by the Toyama Sake Brewers Association.
It looks like a beautifully aged old sake. The taste is clear and refreshing. I was surprised at the gap.
When I entered the store, the first two customers had just finished and I was able to start tasting slowly. So I gave up my place to someone who came later and went home carrying four four-goupe bottles (two from Hanpukai and two from Haneya) in my backpack.
The snow in the Tateyama mountain range is gradually getting lower 🥶.

(6) Haneya Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo Aizan
Next was Aizan.
I had the September lot at home, but my impression was not so good. The November batch was quite tasty, with a moderate sweetness and umami! I was surprised.
I attended the tasting while picking up the last of the hanpukai and ended up with Prism and Aizan in my backpack😅.

Haneya Junmai Ginjo Kirabi
This is a regular all-year-round sake.
After the prism, it was a bit too much. Is it a normal sake?
I felt that it was a normal sake.
If you drink it by itself, it's not like that.

The Tateyama mountain range is beautiful✨
Good evening, ma-ki-.

The Tateyama mountain range turns pink in the evening sun 😄.
