Mizuhata Spring Salmon Festival
With three people, a four-pack of sake is gone in no time.
After the south was empty, we went back to the store and bought a bottle of Kaiun Yumachi.
This one also has a softly delicious flavor of Yumachi! Delicious. Kaiun is consistently delicious.
After this, we warmed up at an izakaya and went home in the light of day 🤣.
Minami Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake [Dewa Sanzan
Rice used: 100% Dewasan
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 17%.
At the "Mizuhata Spring Salmon Festival."
It gained momentum at the tasting and was purchased at the store.
It was a beautiful day, and the cherry blossom viewing without cherry blossoms? State 😆.
Fruity but dry!
It was highly rated in the south and one of the customers bought some to take home 😊.
Mizuhata Spring Salmon Festival!
The second unveiling of the "Kunisake Exploration: Tateyama" series.
Drink comparison set for 500 yen.
The first installment, to be honest, I couldn't see the concept and couldn't figure out what they were aiming for. Apparently, they want to make a clear distinction from the current trend of sweet and sour.
The second set was a Yamahai Junmai Ginjo.
This one is clear and goes well with the coming warmer weather.
The brewer was also there, so I told him that I really enjoyed the sake that was on display at the Spring Banquet! I told him that we have the sake and are thinking about how to sell it.
I am looking forward to it. I have a feeling that things are about to change 😄.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby🌇.
Yes, we need the breweries that have taken the world by storm to do their best. But I hope to see the younger generation trying and struggling 🥹.
Mizuhata Spring Salmon Festival
Paid tasting of Kachikoma "Kachikoma" sake!
Total of 7 kinds of sake from Tokugin to Honjikomi, Nama-zake, etc.
Fee: 300 yen per cup
Drink all: 2,000 yen
Yes, I chose to drink all of them without hesitation.
I couldn't tell if I was comparing a little bit at a time. The junmai sake is softer, and the higher the price, the clearer and more transparent it becomes.
But this kind of thing is fun 🙆.
Good evening, @Mizuhashi!
Enjoying the salmon festival 😁✨✨.
I'm so jealous of all the Katsikoma drinking contests: ⤴️
If there was such a thing, I wouldn't hesitate to drink them all: 👍️
A drinking comparison of different sake brews sounds fun 😋!
Good morning, ma-ki-😃.
I didn't expect to find 2 types of year 1 raw sake in the list: ✌️
The basic line of sake is very consistent and I'm confident that if it's blind, it's probably incorrect 🤔.
Good morning, Maecin 😃.
There were many customers both inside and outside of the store, including festival-goers and tourists on this day 😆.
It is possible to compare Katsuma at Daigo, but I guess you can't have 7 kinds of Katsuma 😄.
Hi Pon 👋
You're right, it's great 😆.
I don't know if I'm poor, but the last ones left were (1), (2) and (3) 😅.
Maybe I'll join you for the next tasting 😉.
Good morning to you, Tsubu 😃.
I didn't know there were 7 varieties until that day 😆.
I have 4 varieties in my stock at home, but I wonder when I will be able to open the bottle 😅.
It's been a long time since I've had an Abe.
When I opened the package, it popped and the lid popped off.
It is easy to drink because it is slightly carbonated, which reduces the sweetness.
Tomorrow, the carbonation will be gone and it will be slightly sweeter, closer to the Abe I am used to.
I never get tired of Abe, it always tastes so good.
It is not too sweet, and the aftertaste is a little fruity, but it is easy to drink.
If anything, it is similar to Katsuma.
It is a traditional sake rather than a modern sake.
It is not an assertive sake, so it goes well with a variety of dishes.
Haneya Aizan Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake 720ml
Alcohol content: 16
Rice:Aiyama
Rice polishing ratio: 60
We went to a tasting last December and brought this home because it had a great flavor.
After that, we had it at home for 2 months.
We think it has gone from being full of umami to a little calmer and smoother.
It is definitely better than the last September lot 😋.
When you drink it right after opening it, you can taste the sourness of lactic acid bacteria, but the sourness is controlled and it is easy to drink.
It is easy to drink. It is less rich and has a refreshing aftertaste.
It is likely to run out soon.
I was finally able to return from my lapsed first Corona.
When I first opened it, I could detect a slight sourness, but the next day the sourness was reduced and it was easier to drink.
It has a slightly fruity taste, a moderate sweetness, and a full-bodied flavor.
It has no aftertaste and is very tasty.
Chiyotsuru Nama Nigori Sake 720ml
Rice variety Tentakaku
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol content 19-20%.
I heard from Mr. Yoshida that it was manufactured in December and sold out, so I went to Mizuhata and found it still available.
I took it with me along with Sogape.
The degree of nigorigo varies from bottle to bottle. The bubbling seemed to have calmed down a little and we opened the bottle without difficulty.
It is neither sweet nor spicy, and creamier than it looks.
Seasonal sake, local sake, I took a cue from Jay & Nobby and drank it at home 😄.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby. ☀️
Chiyotsuru is a very rare brand even in Toyama prefecture, and is just as delicious as Katsuma.
I recommend it if you have a chance 😄.
