I was curious about Bon, but the occasion was not right and I happened to find it at Aeon.
It is a daiginjo, so there is no cloying taste.
It has just the right amount of sweetness, and the aftertaste is not persistent, making it an easy-drinking sake.
Next time, I will try to find a bottle of nama-zake.
