純吟はどれも美味い
At 17%, it is a slightly stronger alcoholic beverage. The smell is also slightly alcoholic, which enhances the feeling of drinking. It is not too sweet, and although it has an aftertaste of alcohol, it is a delicious drink that is easy to drink, although it is very drinkable. It is different from the Argo we drank just before.

ABE THE ARANAMI 720ml Ingredients: Gohyakumangoku (Niigata Prefecture) Alcohol percentage: 14 Abe-san, the Aranami has been opened. When the rice is hard to dissolve, it is called Aranami. The year when the rice is easy to dissolve is called "Sazanami". Last year was very hot and conditions must not have been good for the rice. Our Koshihikari rice was also second-class rice, 10% less than usual. Now, what did the sake taste like? It is fresh, gassy, slightly acidic, refreshing, sweet, and delicious, with an indescribable balance.

Kaze no Mori Omachi 807 720ml Rice used: Omachi grown in Okayama Prefecture Polishing ratio 80 Alcohol content: 16%. On the 3rd, I visited Yoshida Sake Shop, which was closed on the 2nd for cleaning up. My younger brother, who has been back home since the end of the year, became interested in the sake of the day and purchased two bottles of Kaze no Mori. He said he will drop by Machidaya and Koyama Shoten when he returns to Tokyo. I envy him. It is 80% polished rice, No. 7 yeast, slightly carbonated, and delicious.

Morishima Shuzo Fuji-Taikan Yamadanishiki Junmai Shinshu Shiboritate Nama Shu 720ml Alcohol 15%. Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio 65 When I came to buy the next one from Abe-san, it caught my eye and I bought it immediately and opened the bottle ^ ^. The first attack is very characteristic. The sweetness soaks through all at once. I thought it was a little too sweet, but then I took a second sip. The second sip. What? You don't feel the sweetness? It's delicious, isn't it? I would like to repeat a bottle, but I think there are only two bottles left. I don't have enough space in my fridge, so I'll give up.

Morishima Shuzo Fuji Taikan Miyamanishiki Special Junmai 720ml Rice used: Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15%. I bought two bottles of Fuji-Taikan at once because I wanted to save my Katsuma purchase points. I bought two bottles of Fuji-Taikan at once, because I always buy less than 2,000 yen, which is not very efficient, since I have to buy in units of 1,000 yen without tax to accumulate Katsuma purchase points. But sometimes I'm a little short when I aim for over 3,000 yen... In the end, I chose two bottles I wanted to drink and added a craft beer to make up the shortfall. But I didn't buy any Kachikoma just to save my points. So, how does it taste? This one is less dry, but has a little more umami. Is it because it is Miyamanishiki?

Fuji Taikan Junmai Ginjo Namaiginjo Namaizumi Starting Point 720ml Alcohol 15%. Rice used: 100% Ibaraki sake rice Rice polishing ratio 60 I bought the last bottle. But it is in stock in the online store, so I guess it was restocked. The bottle was opened from the last bottle of Koshi. This one has acidity, but it is sharp and dry, so it is easy to drink.

Manrei Special Junmai Super Dry Nama-Shu Omachi Spring Sake 720ml Rice used: Koji rice: 20% Yamadanishiki, Kake rice: 80% Omachi Polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 17%. The first bottle of Manrei from Karatsu was opened. My senpai and I grilled it over a charcoal fire with a shichirin outside. Dry Omachi? It is indeed dry ^ ^. It is refreshing and goes well with charcoal grill. By the way, late at night on Friday. I was walking in the dark on my phone to make up the number of steps I took and fell into a body of water (tears). My injury was only an abrasion, but I had to replace my iPhone because it was submerged in water 😢. I can't get in touch with anyone if I can't use my phone.

Good evening, Uta-san 🌆. Toyama is dangerous because there are many fatal accidents in irrigation canals: ⚠️ I almost drowned😅. Sake and a shichirin outside is nice....
