It's been a long time since I've had an Abe. When I opened the package, it popped and the lid popped off. It is easy to drink because it is slightly carbonated, which reduces the sweetness. Tomorrow, the carbonation will be gone and it will be slightly sweeter, closer to the Abe I am used to. I never get tired of Abe, it always tastes so good.

It is Kamo Nishiki in an aluminum bag, which is different from both packaged sake and rice-bag sake. It is not overly sweet, fruity, and very easy to drink. The aluminum bag keeps it out of the light and requires refrigeration, so although it was produced six months ago, it is expected to retain its quality.

I bought this because it was stored at room temperature, but when I looked at it at home, it needed to be refrigerated. I wondered how long it had been kept at room temperature. I thought it was just fermentation going on, so I was not going to waste it, so I chilled it enough to drink it. It is said to be dry, but it is easy to drink and goes down smoothly. I don't know if the original taste is the same, but I think it would be better if it were a little spicier or with more alcohol. It is a bit lonely on its own, so I would prefer it with a meal.

It is not too sweet, and the aftertaste is a little fruity, but it is easy to drink. If anything, it is similar to Katsuma. It is a traditional sake rather than a modern sake. It is not an assertive sake, so it goes well with a variety of dishes.

I was finally able to return from my lapsed first Corona. When I first opened it, I could detect a slight sourness, but the next day the sourness was reduced and it was easier to drink. It has a slightly fruity taste, a moderate sweetness, and a full-bodied flavor. It has no aftertaste and is very tasty.

It is a fruity, current alcoholic beverage. Immediately after opening the package, I felt some sourness and sweetness from the lactic acid bacteria, but there is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste. It is a very easy to drink sake, and if I don't weigh myself, I will finish it soon.

I wonder if this is a dry wine, it has almost no sweetness. There is more acidity than sweetness. It tastes like a melon with a sugar content of 1, though I have never had it. Next time, I would like to try junmai ginjo or hi-ire. When I drank it the next day, it became sweeter and easier to drink.

This is the fifth bottle I bought at Ise. All of the Sakusaku are delicious after all. It has a good balance of a little sourness with a touch of sweetness, and the aftertaste is not too harsh. I really wanted to buy another bottle, but due to the space in my suitcase and refrigerator, I couldn't afford to buy a fresh bottle of sake, so I gave up. I would like to buy another bottle next time.

I opened the fourth bottle I bought at Ise today. The first sip showed little sweetness and a touch of astringency. When you roll it around on your tongue, you can taste some grape-like sweetness. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink. It tastes good if you drink it slowly.

I bought this for my wife's parents to go to their house for New Year's. My nephews, who are in their 20s, said it was easier to drink than Fumigiku, since they don't usually drink sake after all. Come to think of it, I realized that I, on the contrary, have not been drinking Fumigiku. If this sparked their interest in sake even a little, I was glad I brought it with me.

I don't know if I am allowed to post this since it is a liqueur, but the alcohol content is ginjo sake. I bought it at a nearby Yamaya. First of all, when I drank it cold, it was naturally sweet and had a muddy sake taste. I don't know if the original sake is muddy, but it does leave a cloudy taste on the inside of the bottle. When hot, the aftertaste has a strong alcohol taste. Since there is granulated sugar in it, it is still very sweet, and in my uncle's opinion, it is like the hot milkshakes that used to be in the vending machines. It seems to raise blood sugar to a good degree. It seems to raise my blood sugar to a good level.

This is the third bottle I bought at Ise. Like the Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo we had at Osaka Station, it is delicious with a slight sourness from the lactic acid bacteria and a sweetness. It is easy to drink with a clean aftertaste. It is not easy to buy locally, so I would like to buy it again next time I see it.

When I went to Shateraise to buy some ice cream, I saw a banner on the ice cream shop, so I bought it. It seems to be a part of Chateraise, and the brewery is now Hakuba Nishiki Shuzo. It has a fruity flavor, as is typical of Nagano, and when you roll it around on your tongue, it has a muscat-like feel to it. Although there is no astringency, the aftertaste is slightly sweet, similar to Niagara. I drank it by itself today, but with cake or ice cream, the sweetness seems to be too much, so I think it would be better alone or with low-fat chicken. By the way, Chateraise has no other sake, but they sell several kinds of wine.

This is the second bottle I bought at Ise. The sweet and sour taste of lactobacillus is quite good. It is good that it is not too sweet. The aftertaste is also refreshing and it is quite easy to drink. I want to buy it again if I have a chance.

I was curious about Bon, but the occasion was not right and I happened to find it at Aeon. It is a daiginjo, so there is no cloying taste. It has just the right amount of sweetness, and the aftertaste is not persistent, making it an easy-drinking sake. Next time, I will try to find a bottle of nama-zake.

This is one of the five bottles I bought when I went to Ise, and it is my first Sentori. The smell is fruity. The alcohol content is low at the moment you drink it, but that makes it easy to drink. It has some sourness and sweetness. I could also taste lactobacillus-like flavor afterwards. I think Haneya's Koukaichi is similar to a sake I know. I can't find it in my hometown yet, so it would be nice to be able to buy it in general.

Jay & Nobby, thank you for your comments. Until recently, I had only been to liquor stores in my neighborhood, and there were not many out-of-prefecture products, so my map was not filled in. This time I was able to leave my family behind and go to Ise by myself, so I bought as much as I could carry by train.

I bought it because the production date was a year ago and it was priced at 1,000 yen. It is said to be a sake made for meat dishes like steak, but first I tried it by itself. There was no cloying taste, and the taste was pure and not particularly pretentious. The sweetness tends to be hidden, and perhaps because of the high alcohol content, it tastes a bit muddy afterwards. If you drink it slowly, you can taste the umami of the rice, and it is quite a good sake. However, it is a bit strong on its own, so it is best to drink it with the sweetness of fat from grilled meat.

Finally drank the R I bought 2 months ago. It is almost a white wine, just like the one I had at Sashi-san. It is fruity, but it is more like a Chardonnay than a sweet Niagara. There is a hint of sweetness, but it also has an astringent taste and a gassy but clean aftertaste. I am impressed that the Champagne yeast makes it so similar. I am prone to heartburn when I drink wine, perhaps because of the polyphenol content, but I had no problem with this wine after my last glass, so I can enjoy it.
