It was my daughter's birthday, so we went with bubbles. I thought about using champagne, but I was defeated by the price of Ottersai, so I went with this today. It's like a lightly sweet champagne with a hint of koji sake in the aftertaste, a very fruity champagne, or rather sake. I'm already drunk! Aww! Hapiba! Daughter 4.2

I guess people do a double-take when they find a brand they've always wanted to drink in the liquor store fridge. First impressions are of a slightly fruity sake with a light and sweet aroma. It's not as fragrant as I had expected, but it's a light, umakei sake that comes in easily. Of course, there is no sense of being caught by the alcohol. And I have a feeling that the expression will change a bit as time passes after opening the bottle. Still, it's as good as the rumors say. Personally, it's one of the best in the Fukushima battleground (from the top). I was lucky to find a liquor store that sold it at a fixed price, while it was at a premium everywhere. I'm also interested in why this brand is called "Tobiroki" and not "Hiroki", so I'd like to visit some sake breweries. At any rate, I'm happy to have filled another spot on my "meeha" sake checklist. (Holy shit!) ☆4.5

Smell good! Tasty! Bubbly! It's so noisy! To sum it up in one word, it's delicious! After the slight foaming, the dark sweetness comes, and after it goes down the throat, it smells softly. It's a solid sake that doesn't lose out to strong flavored food. The more you drink it, the better it gets, so I'll be honest, it's a good reminder. Yeah, 4.0 Stars! Well, now that the restaurants have reopened, we'll resume our drinking out trip!

So good! Gentle sweetness and refreshment like a sticky pear in the sip. The aroma is subdued, and as it gets a little warmer, the sweetness changes to a pungent taste, but it's not overpowering, so it's very tasty. The sake has a soft throat with little alcohol. I've always wondered if the unique shape of this bottle is a device to prevent the temperature of the hand from being transmitted, like the legs of a wine glass. The ease of opening the lid is also a high point. It has nothing to do with the taste, though. That said, I'm getting so stupid lately that I think anything I drink tastes good. I don't know if it's right for me to be making evaluations like this. I don't know. 4.0 Stars

The aroma of the rice is high and the taste is refreshing. At the first sip, the aroma comes in softly, and as you continue to drink it, you can feel a slight sweetness, but you can also feel the sake flavor, and it goes very well with salty food. The taste is very good for this price. By the way, it is said that hiyaoroshi is stored in a bottle and is called bottle-irii. I couldn't tell the difference between tank and bottle, but I could tell it was delicious. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. 4.0 Stars

Mmm, more refreshing than I expected! It is light and dry, and goes well with meals. If you pair it with sweet shrimps or scallops, the sweetness stands out and washes away the sweetness in your mouth, it's like watermelon salt. (Don't know what that means?). At first, I had it as hiyasake instead of cold sake because it was autumn-agari, but the aroma was a bit subdued. The aroma was a little subdued, and it wasn't bad, well, not bad by any means, but not great. (It's a matter of personal taste). 3.5 Stars

Yeah! What is this? It's amazing. I've never had this before, but I can see why it's so popular. It's very fruity and there is no horn of alcohol at all, the moment you drink it, the aroma spreads and then the sweetness comes. (I'm not sure how many times I've mistakenly seen Imanishi at the liquor store. I can't believe it. I can finally drink it now, yay! 5.0 Stars

The aroma of yeast spreads fluently after it goes down the throat. It is a sake with no peculiarities, and feels more like a vegetable than a fruit. It doesn't interfere with food, making it an excellent sake for eating. After a while, the aroma changes to sweetness, and it becomes a sake that can be enjoyed on its own. 。。。。 Oh, no, maybe I'm just getting drunk. lol ☆3.7

Thank you for your comment, R.BASS. The No.7 Masumi yeast was clear, fluffy and elegant. I wish I could have the same sake as the name!

Today, I opened a bottle of Jiheiji, which is delicious. It is 100% Yamadanishiki and has no peculiarity at all, so it is suitable for beginners like me. It's easy to drink, so you can drink as much as you want. I thought it was a little too light at first, but it's really good when paired with ate. By the way, I grilled some mackerel marinated in miso and used it as an ate. I love a good sake on its own, but I also love a good sake with a meal. 3.9

A stable bottle. Delicious! I buy it for stock when I see it, and open it at some point, but it's so good that I end up drinking it and it runs out quickly, which is sad. I'm sure you'll like it. It has a mellow aroma with no horniness, and is recommended for those who like fruity sake. One of the features may be that you can feel the unmixed taste of 16 degrees without adding water. It still has the same melon taste, which is great. 5.0 Stars

It's so good! Very fruity and slippery. The sourness is low and the sweetness is amazing, reminding me of a tropical fruit like a mango. After dropping it down your throat, the aroma is a little subdued, but the aftertaste is refreshing and very easy to drink. If you like Gohyakumangoku or Yamadanishiki, you'll love this one. Oh, I noticed that the bottle is already empty... 4.5 Stars

Thanks for the compliment on the sake from the brewery in my hometown! I like the Loman series too, but I can't drink it these days because I've decided to buy it from my friend's liquor store when I go back. I hope the Corona settles down soon.

It has a faintly sweet fruit aroma, like a green LaFrance. It is not as strong as a lemon, but it has the sourness of a blue fruit. Personally, I prefer regular yellow rice malt rice wine, but this is not bad. It's not bad at all. 3.8 stars

I think it's a little more watery than what I've had before. It's not bad, but it's still a bit young, relying on the alcohol for depth, and I personally wish it had a bit more aroma. I personally wish it had a little more aroma, but the lack of assertiveness makes it suitable for drinking with a meal. It's a great complement to a good meal. I hope the Corona settles down soon so I can start drinking it again. 3.0 Stars

Good as expected! This is also a sake with a fruity mouthfeel with low acidity, which is common to all high rice polishing rate crops. It has the freshness and juiciness of a young melon, but with plenty of sweetness from the rice, so it's smooth without any stickiness until it hits your stomach. Personally, I recommend chilling it very cold to make it a super chilled sake. It has a sweet taste, so it's good to pair it with light or salty dishes. Of course it gets 5.0 stars!

The aroma is a little subdued but very crisp. So when you drink it with a meal, it doesn't interfere with the aroma of the food at all, and yet it enhances the flavor of the food. The sweetness of the rice and the fact that it doesn't leave a lingering aftertaste makes it a perfect match for any meal, but it's especially good with sashimi, pickled eggs, and other dishes that have a soy sauce aroma. 。。。。 I'm sorry for being so picky. ☆3.9

When you put it in your mouth, it has a faint aroma of chocolate. The taste is a little dry and smooth, and because it has no habits, it is a delicious sake that goes well with any meal. By the way, I paired it with a meat dish today, and it was great as it smoothly overrode the juices in my mouth! 3.5 Stars

Thinking to eat the unpopular top 3 of Osechi, black soybean, kombu maki and kamaboko deliciously, I chose Nabeshima of Yamada Nishiki. LOL! This is a big hit! The sweetness of the rice, which is only possible with Yamada Nishiki, is fully expressed, and the acidity is moderate and disappears quickly after it goes down the throat. There is no horn of alcohol, and it was a perfect match with black beans. As expected, it was easy to finish the bottle. 4.0 Stars By the way, I usually drink only cold sake, but before the Nabeshima, I had a hot Tamagawa Yamahai with hot hiresake, which was great.

I made it super cold. It's Yamada Nishiki, but it's a little bit crunchy and has a rich sweetness like a banana. It has a rich aroma, and when you take a sip, the aroma spreads through your body heat. I was going to enjoy it as an after-dinner drink, but I proceeded to drink it as usual. 3.5 stars

Today it's a Kananouchi, I guess you could call it a Daiginjo at 50% polished rice, but it's a Junmai Ginjo. The taste is clear and refreshing compared to Miyabi's Hojun. It has a clean, clear throat, and the aroma, which has no other flavors, follows and pulls away quickly at the end. I sliced the karasumi thinly and paired it with a snack, but no, it's good! I'm going to drink it all up. w

Yum! To tell the truth, I wasn't really a fan of Omachi to begin with, but I was so impressed with Kitashizuku's Nabeshima that I thought I'd buy Omachi then too. Yum! (Second time.) It's not as fruity as Yamada Nishiki, but it's crisp and refreshing to drink. The aftertaste leaves a rice-like aroma on the back of the tongue and I thought it would go well with light sashimi, so I ate the air sashimi. It's good. (Third time.) 4.0 stars
