Yum! To tell the truth, I wasn't really a fan of Omachi to begin with, but I was so impressed with Kitashizuku's Nabeshima that I thought I'd buy Omachi then too.
Yum! (Second time.)
It's not as fruity as Yamada Nishiki, but it's crisp and refreshing to drink. The aftertaste leaves a rice-like aroma on the back of the tongue and I thought it would go well with light sashimi, so I ate the air sashimi.
It's good. (Third time.)
