The aroma is a little subdued but very crisp. So when you drink it with a meal, it doesn't interfere with the aroma of the food at all, and yet it enhances the flavor of the food. The sweetness of the rice and the fact that it doesn't leave a lingering aftertaste makes it a perfect match for any meal, but it's especially good with sashimi, pickled eggs, and other dishes that have a soy sauce aroma. 。。。。 I'm sorry for being so picky.
