Mmm, more refreshing than I expected! It is light and dry, and goes well with meals. If you pair it with sweet shrimps or scallops, the sweetness stands out and washes away the sweetness in your mouth, it's like watermelon salt. (Don't know what that means?).
At first, I had it as hiyasake instead of cold sake because it was autumn-agari, but the aroma was a bit subdued.
The aroma was a little subdued, and it wasn't bad, well, not bad by any means, but not great. (It's a matter of personal taste).
