Thinking to eat the unpopular top 3 of Osechi, black soybean, kombu maki and kamaboko deliciously, I chose Nabeshima of Yamada Nishiki. LOL!
This is a big hit! The sweetness of the rice, which is only possible with Yamada Nishiki, is fully expressed, and the acidity is moderate and disappears quickly after it goes down the throat. There is no horn of alcohol, and it was a perfect match with black beans. As expected, it was easy to finish the bottle.

By the way, I usually drink only cold sake, but before the Nabeshima, I had a hot Tamagawa Yamahai with hot hiresake, which was great.
