At the Ponshukan, we also bought this.
The sake brewer was there and gave us a very detailed explanation and tasting.
The sake was cooled down to the perfect temperature.
It was delicious and sweet. ☺️
Oh, and at the Ponshu-kan, we also got an oinokuchi (a small sake cup) as a souvenir.
I always end up buying a boar cup.
