BBQ at my in-laws' house.
While looking for a souvenir at a liquor store along the way, I chose Kanbai-Lab, which had just arrived at the store.
It had a soft aroma.
It is a low-alcohol sake.
Fresh and gaseous.
The mouthfeel is very easy to drink.
It reminds me of Kamo Kanehide which I drank before.
However, the sweetness and acidity are much more subdued.
It seems too mature compared to Kamo Kanehide 😅...
