I've had a lot of W, but this is my first time drinking Senbon-Nishiki.
It has a gorgeous aroma, and even though it is an unfiltered sake, it is not rough, but has a soft and gentle sweetness.
The umami is not too strong and the mouthfeel is light.
Gifu sake is not to be underestimated😄.

I bought and drank the first Yamadanishiki with this label in Gifu! It was delicious and I would like to drink this one too😊I really don't insult Gifu sake 😆👍.

As for Gifu sake, I especially like W and Kozaemon👍.
Both of them have a lot of different sake rice, so I'd like to try many different kinds of sake ‾!
